as of last year september, even the higher variants don't have the TT as standard product on it's alarm.

Just make sure you find a shop and installer that knows what he is doing to avoid any future hassle sir in case you have TT installed.

Sir av8or5, got my GLS Sport A/T in September 2007. My alarm system has a turbo timer and auto start.

Baka 2008 models ang wala nang turbo timer, I'm not sure.

Yung auto start I think was disabled sa GLS and GLS Sport manual transmission for safety reasons. But I'm not sure kung tinanggal din nila ang turbo timer. Have to ask this sa casa.

Calling on ianmitsulancer. Can you shed light on this? Or maybe the 2008 strada owners can confirm this.

bro kongsundiam, kung aariin mo rims palitan mo ng 50series yung goma, masyado matagtag yan..atsaka bakit ang daming tama? sayang, ang kinis pa naman nung ibang parts..baka kaya i-reface ng machine shop yan tapos re-chrome, kaya lang aabutin ka mga 4T per pc.. uy, pa-pm naman cost ng HID hi-low with installation..

guys, yung purpose ng turbo timer in laymans terms.. pinapatagal lang nya pag switch off ng makina to give enough time for your turbo to cool down.. para instead na ikaw ang maghihintay ng 1-2minutes mag-cool down, merong electronics to make your life easier.. with regards to splicing, kaya naman install yan ng walang splice eh.. bypass lang sa ignition switch, dadaan muna sa timer bago pumunta sa terminal ng ignition.. di magkakaproblema sasakyan nyo kung mag-install ng timer.. hahaba pa buhay ng turbo.. atsaka it also charges your car's battery.. maarte lang talaga yung casa..

about prolonging turbo life, i'm planning to install an oil cooler for my turbo, bypass lang sya sa oil tubes.. it helps reduce heat stress on your turbo and may even give you a few extra horses coz of the cooler intake charge.. malamang reklamo nanaman casa pag nakita nila.. hehe!

cj_shih24 thanks for that info regarding the fenders. for sure i will be dropping by carryboy's shop once i get my strada. isasabay ko na yung pagpalit ng black na door handles at side mirrors pag punta ko doon. with a little darker shade of tint on the windows, i think my strada will look just perfect!

mr. incredible thanks for the warm welcome. i usually stay in sorsogon whenever i am in the philippines. im not sure if i could join your EB's. as a matter of fact, once all the changes/ additions on the vehicle have been made, me and my bro will take it on a 680km road trip down south to its final destination - sorsogon. kaya malamang makukuntento na lang ako sa pag browse ng mga pics nyo dito sa forum. ilang weeks na lang na antayan. excited na akong i-claim ang sasakyan sa showroom.

av8or5 i've read that thread about the utility box right after i posted my initial message. sorry about that. nevertheless, that was informative and i got the info that i wanted. i wish i have the time to back read most of the posts. i will use the search tab next time. again, thanks!

thanks for the information ooba99. I got my information sa casa and winterpine when i was trying to have the module installed on my alarm. Nevertheless, can other GLS Sports owner confirm if they have their TT as standard? What about for GLS owners? Again for those issued Sept 2007 onwards.
