My setup is really basic.. i was told that my setup isn't exactly sq, cause there's a bit of a boom. Basically, my setup excluding the headunit is just a pair of seps, an amp, and an 8'' sub. If its not yet sold, theres only more sub left that's the same as mine. I think maybe you can spend on that, and then just get a lower end pair of seps and amp.. and you'll be set. That's my suggestion anyways on how to save based on my setup. PM me if you have anymore questions.
goodpm sir ntyce! I did not SHOW sir splurnecky about your set-up and how you design your set-up.. i think theres a mis-understanding.. last sunday nagkita kami ni sir splurnecky at maspro kasi kumuha siya h.i.d for his low beam and fog light saken..then he was asking about my sound set-up, then nakuwento ko even sir ntyce had his sub of 8'' at the back. which you can see at the facebook of vince. tipid s space at the same time may boom-boom.. right sir splurnecky? just a regular conversation.. tnx sir ntyce and sir splunecky..

I also have a generic cable similar to that but I want the full capability/ compatibility with the KSU30 with the iPhone 3gs.

Does your cable work with the iPhone and iPod touch?

By the way, Xenon Headlamp has informed me that Maspro can modify our JVC units to work with the remote steering at very minimal cost

Ask for sir Benjie at Maspro for more details.

Well the retail was going for 14k then he gave me a P500.00 discount pretty good price for the pair IMO.

The stilts/legs can be tilted for adjustment.

Since my unit isn't here yet (thank you again my SA ) well be testing it on the other truck hopefully by the weekend. Oh and they come in 3 colors - Beige, Grey and this one, Black.

Sirs, the following is lifted from today's issue of The Philippine Star:

The public has spoken as to what its favorite automobile models are this year and which among them is the most popular by voting in the 2009 Auto Focus People’s Choice Awards via the different polling modes, which included ballots published in The Philippine STAR, the country’s top newspaper and top-notched automobile magazines, Top Gear and Speed, SMS through the metro’s #1 FM station 89.9 and online through the voting website.
TheHyundai Starex was voted as the most popular automobile worthy of the much-desired distinction of being the 2009 Auto Focus Automobile of the Year – People’s Choice.

The winning 2009Models of the Year include:
    Subcompact – Honda City / Runner-up – Hyundai i10
Compact Sedan – Honda Civic / Runner-up – Mitsubishi Lancer EX

    Mid-size Sedan – Toyota Camry / Runner-up – Honda Accord
    Large Sedan – Porsche Panamera Turbo / Runner-up – Lexus LS460
Sports Car – Hyundai Genesis Coupe / Runner-up –Subaru Impreza WRX
    AUV – Isuzu Crosswind / Runner-up – Toyota Innova
Pick Up – Mitsubishi Strada / Runner-up – Toyota Hilux
Mini Van – Kia Carens / Runner-up – Toyota Previa
Full Size Van – Hyundai Grand Starex / Runner-up – Kia Carnival
Compact SUV – Hyundai Tucson / Runner-up – Honda CRV
Mid Size SUV – Mitsubishi Montero Sport / Runner-up –Hyundai Sta. Fe
Large SUV – Porsche Cayenne / Runner-up – Isuzu Alterra
The most popular vehicles were given their due and appropriate recognition as well as acknowledgement during the awards night held last Friday, October 16 at the Valle Verde Country Club in Pasig City. The 2009 Auto Focus Automobile of the Year – People’s Choice Award was handed by Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI) president Ed Lacson, who was the event’s keynote and guest of honor.
The other distinguished award presenters that handed the trophies for the winners in the 12 categories included Magic 89.9’s CJ & Suzy (Suzy is my daughter Tin), the tandem that promoted the SMS voting on, Top Gear magazine’s publisher Chad Rosario, vp for marketing of The Philippine STAR, Lucien Dy Tioco, Chum Cornejo, Sports Operations and Acquisitions head of Solar Sports and Solar Entertainment president & CEO, the very amiable Wilson Tieng, our major media partners all. We also had Dominic Timbancaya, brand manager, Albert Kuok retail sales manager and Mark Quebral, policy, and public affairs manager, all of Chevron together with Mon Barredo, marketing director and Gerry Alava, managing director of Goodyear Philippines, both cooperating sponsors of this year’s polls. Then there was racing and rally icon Mandy Eduque, AAP’s director for motor sports and race driver and racing guro Kookie Ramirez, the late “motor sports legend” – Pocholo Ramirez’s son joined by Tony Peña, senior vp of BDO, heading the very aggressive BDO Auto Loan, while gearing up to be next year’s major partner of the prestigious yearly awards.
The much-awaited results were actually out a few days after September 30, the final day of voting online to allow ballots from The Philippine STAR and Speed / Top Gear magazines to be received and authenticated. But what was not known were the winners of the “Media’s Choice Awards” as the official opening, validating, counting and tallying of votes were done right before the start of the awarding ceremonies. The panel of judges given such arduous task was composed of Popong Andolong, motoring editor of the Business Mirror, Dong Magsajo, motoring editor of PhilStar, Ira Panganiban, president of CAGI and Business World motoring columnist Tito Hermoso. The voting was done by some 20 invited legitimate members of the motoring media composed of editors, TV producers and hosts together with print, broadcast and online journalists.
    The recipients of the Auto Focus Special Media’s Choice Awards are;
    Isuzu Alterra – Best on-board entertainment set-up
Honda – Most functional passenger cabin
Lexus LS460 – Most comfortable ride
Volvo XC60 – Best Safety Features
Honda Jazz – Most Fuel Efficient (gas)
Ford Focus TDCi - Most Fuel-efficient (diesel)
Subaru Impreza WRX STi – Best in Engine Performance
Audi R8 – Best in Design
Subaru Impreza WRX STi – Best in Handling
Mitsubishi Montero Sport / Hyundai i10 – Best Bang for Buck or Value for Money (a down-the-wire deadlock)
The members of the panel of judges mentioned earlier also presented the awards to some of the winners and were joined by Inigo Roces of the Manila Bulletin, Mike Potenciano of Wave 89.1, Al “Sir Paul” Mendoza, motoring columnist of Business-Mirror, Ardie Lopez, TV host/producer of Auto Extreme, Brian Afuang, Manila Times motoring editor and Vernon Sarne, editor-in-chief of Top Gear Magazine.

    Congratulations to us!!!

Well I guess you don't win the Auto Focus People's Choice Awards just for the heck of it now the demand will definitely go up na naman for the Montero Sport.

Jessa of Citimotors (as referred by sir Av8or) is the most promising lead now for me especially for the SE variant. Sir Mic_21 has also directed me to the Bicol area and as of now I'm still waiting word from my relative who lives there.

Oh I forgot, the headrest do have independent power buttons and comes with one remote control (I'll post the pics later) as well as complete wiring kits that universally connects with most headunits.

I'm not sure though if it can be controlled from the HU.
