Basically a watered-down Grand Sport. The only good thing they did was to add on the rims of the old Super Sport. I prefer those over the previous graphite Grand Sport rims.

yeh, not to flame anybody here but it is quite interesting that the marketing people of mitsubishi really thinks that the improving the aesthetics of the adventure would already make it a "new" model.

Common the design is already boring after more than 5 years in the streets....it does look boring kahit na lagyan mo pa iyan ng kun ano-anong ek-ek.

Value for money ba eto?! - 4-spoke leather wrapped steering wheel with woodgrain and brushed aluminum accents, neatly re-styled door trims, European inspired matte finish wood paneling on the center panel and window controls, new air-conditioning control knobs and switches, and sleeker fender flares and door claddings for the exterior, a pair of multi-reflector halogen headlamps, fin-type grille design, impact absorbing polypropylene bumpers, white fender side makers, and 15-inch 6-spoke aluminum wheels shod with 195/65 R15 tires.

IMO There is nothing new about these....

Mas maganda pa kung ang ginawa nila ganito: HID lamps, turbo intercooled engine (like the strada), abs disk brakes on all 4 wheels, lsd rear differential, independent rear suspension like the pajero, airbag equiped steering wheels and pasenger side, 16" rims with 235/R16 tires.

If I do this mods in an older model adventure, wouldn't it be better?

Totally agree!!! i owned mitsubishi adventure gls sprots 2003 before the new facelift designed, Mas ok tlga kung nka intercooler turbo like strada or independent rear suspension. kc looks nya ok na tlga kc wala gano accesories ok na ok na.

IMO, 4d56 of mitsu is a realible engine, di nagpapa iwan sa revo or isuzu, even old engine na sya. malakas pa din ang hatak. at matulin khit 73hp lng. di ko nga alam kung san ng gagaling ang power nito pag pinangkakarera ko sa mga revo or isuzu. plus factor na cguro pag nka turbo hehehe.

IMO when the Grand Sport was released, it was trying hard to match Isuzu and Toyota in terms of features but they overdid it with accessories galore which aren't really usefull and only add to the weight. I like the watered down version better, more sleek and light, less body cladding which really is dead weight. Of course it would benefit more with a more powerfull engine, its a bit underpowered despite 16valves (in the gas version) which affects the fuel consumption.

oo nga prang they don't consider the power weight ratio...

With these features then I could just imagine the price somewhere at P1.2M (maybe even higher).

maski sana 4D56 Turbo man lang like the last of the Gen 1 Pajero and strada.
which will up the ante for 88hp
