Need help in buying a Lancer 2003

mga bossing planning to buy a lancer 2003 M/T for 340k. need to know kung okey low mileage naman siya nasa 70k.

tanong ko lang kung mas okey ba siya compare sa toyota?

how bout maintenance? hindi ba siya sirain?

mga sir I really appreciate kung mabigyan niyo ako ng any input tungkol sa Lancer. bago lang po kasi ako sa cars.

I came from a big bike (Honda steed) eh lumalaki na family ko kaya shift na ako sa cars...

Mag Honda Civic 2002 VTI ka na lng or LXI or CRV 2000 MODEL SWAK SA BUDGET MO YUN..iF mitsu bilhin mo ang issue dyan is mahuna ang suspension like what happen to me..

My answers are the one in red and in bold.

Just look at the overall performance, handling, FC, speed, if there are wiggles at a certain speed etc. Not all cars who have low mileages are in tip top shape. And, not all cars who have high mileages are abused. Some are still in A1 condition. Better if you bring a mechanic with you.

tanong ko lang kung mas okey ba siya compare sa toyota? = For me, whatever brand it is just make sure it's in A1 condition and you're proud of having it then you're good to go.

how bout maintenance? = Toyota's are cheaper to maintain though. And it's parts are abundant in the market.

hindi ba siya sirain? = I couldn't straightly say to you that mitsubishi's are " sirain " because I`ve never owned one nor driven one ( or did I? ) anyways, some are stating that their suspension are breaking easily or what.

They also tend to have more expensive maintenance that toyota's. And obviously, It consumes more gas than expected if you're reading reviews about it.
