Need advice regarding strada's clutch problem

I acquired my strada last September,2002. Since then, hindi ko na po mabilang ang mga visits ko sa casa to correct my clutch problem(sliding). My first visit, sabi ng servise advisor tukod daw ang clutch ko. So they changed the clutch master assembly. So nagbago po pero while I was traversing a steep slope(10 degrees po sa inclinometer) I noticed may dragging sensation po sa clutch at nag-aamoy clutch lalo na pag tumigil ka sa gitna ng slope at aarangkada ka, hirap po at may dragging sound. So, I went back to the casa. This time they changed the clutch disc. Sunog ang cutch disc. Kaso, hindi pa rin ako satisfied, ibinalik ko ulit sa casa. They changed the pressure plate and again a brand new clutch disc. But that didn't solve the problem. Ok naman po siya sa highway driving pero pag mag-aahon na, hirap siya at may dragging sound. Mga sir, I need your advices. Hindi ko na po alam ang sira ng sasakyan ko(under warranty pa).

mangyan::: sir, you could raise your complaint to the Manager of the service department. You could demand a new transmission assembly instead of just replacing the clutfch components...

Sa ibang dealer ka na nga. Inutil ang current dealer mo. :mrgreen: hehehe Other dealers will honor the warranty naman, eh.

oo nga dalhin mo sa iba,san ba dealer mo?papalitan mo lahat ng parts ng clutch kasi dapat la namang problema yan considering6 months palag yan,o kung pede papalitan mo na ung buong unit,hehehe

Siguro nga, mga sir. Dapat mag-try ako sa ibang branch ng Diamond. By the way, nakuha ko ang strada ko sa Diamond, Valle Verde. Any info kung saan diamond ok magpaservice at accomodating ang mga tao. Yong tipo na hindi ka na makikipag-gilgilan. Ang hirap kasing mag-claim ng warranty sa branch na iyon. Tataas ang blood pressure mo. Baka mga sir, may kilala kayong contact person sa Diamond na pwede kong idulog ang complaint ko? Thanks in advance.

You may also try sa Diamond Quezon ave. I have a good experience with that dealer in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my front suspension.
