March 24th, 2017 02:00 PM #1Good day mga Tsikoteers, I am not sure if there's a similar thread already but anyways, the reason for making this thread is because I just would like to gather some information pertaining to CASA Service whether it be your vehicle is still covered by the warranty or not. I am sure this will benefit all of us, Mitsubishi vehicle owners in particular.
My unit is a MONTERO SPORT 2016 GLS and since UNION MOTORS PACO is just a kilometer away from my work I prefer having it serviced it there but unfortunately medyo dugyot yung service area nila considering na main office ng UMC ito, tsaka based on my previous PMS, wherein I requested them to check the pressure of all my tires including the spare e hindi nagawa, ang dahilan is sira daw yung tire gauge. I don't buy theire excuses its just that they actually did not perform it at all. Ipipilit pa during my 6mo. PMS e full change oil kahit na naka fully synthetic ako and with only 4k Km odo reading ko. I insisted na top up lang and yun naman yung ginawa, yun nga lang pag-angat ko ng hood sa bahay may tulo-tulo ng langis yung engine cover at yung parang cover sa harap sa taas ng Grill. That is why I am planning on having my unit service to somewhere else while still on warranty ang unit ko, after that e hanap na lang ng iba na talagang trusted and recommended outside ng CASA.
I hope other owners could share their experiences as well and Thank you in advance!

March 31st, 2017 11:54 AM #5marami po.
the problem is, sometimes your car is not in the more favored spot. kung puede lang sana, na may controllable directional and magnification features yung camera...
many years ago, they even allowed customers to sit beside the car while it is being serviced.
in the competiting brand in otis, the service bays are open. i imagine, if i wanted to walk over and observe the serviceman, i could. but... tamad ako... dun na lang ako sa airconed loob, watching ah-nuld in the monitor, halved with a live video feed of the service bay where the right side profile of my car can be seen.

Not all casa service advisors are the same. I suggest you rather ask this question: any recommended service advisor that doesnt pad the quotations or who allows removing add ons.
many fb groups have these recommended service advisors...

January 27th, 2018 08:53 AM #10all of them do. i suspect, they get a percentage if customer bites.
but they do not pad mine, anymore.
sa dami at pa-ulit-ulit ng tanggi ko sa nakaraan, i imagine, meron nang warning ang display sheet ko: "do not bother adding optionals. kuripot ang customer na ito".
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
