Yung GS namin basta na lang pinalitan yung injectors ng refurbed without asking sabay singil. Not very professional. Professional thing to do would be to give an assessment of what needs to be done and give an itemized estimate. Then confirm with the customer how he wants to proceed.
I was thinking about making a complaint but we needed the car asap so I just grinned and bore it.
