Thanks crazy_boy. I'll contact him soon. Btw, got another issue with our pajero. When its at idle/heavy traffic during very hot weather, the ac does not get cold anymore but once moving fast, gets back to normal cooling. Had it checked by 2 aircon shops already. Just had it cleaned. The freon is still full after what happened. Any similar experiences or advice? TIA.

sir aside from aux fans (carbon brush), check mo aircon actuator mo near kickdown cable. nag eengage yun dapat (tataas rpm) pag naka park or N. pasilip mo na din kay joseph pag nadaan ka. or kay Ceejays sa las pinas for your aircon. Dun ako nagpapagawa kahit from QC ako. sulit ang biyahe.

This happened to me about a month ago. The small fan was the culprit as it already stopped working. Since it's hard to access and check, I never noticed it. It caused the system's pressure to go up and wrecked a valve. I ended up replacing the motor for the little fan and the valve.

^did you check your aux fans? Baka busted na. Ingat sa busted aux fan. Baka mag overheat. If I'm not mistaken, 3 aux fans sa FM. Isang big and 2 small.

Got a similar situation last saturday since nabilad for almost 6 hrs open parking. Nag hi pressure and the cause was the aux fan in front. Wear and tear ng wires nag corode.

Just had my main aux fan repaired. Napapalitan nga carbon brush. P98 yung carbon brush tapos P300 yung labor, medyo matagal din kasi nagawa, mga 3 hrs.





Mahirap yung pagtanggal nang isang piyesa kasi parang mas malaki yung dulo nung center pole at kelangan pa lihain para mahugot yung assembly na kulay brown. Ito yung mahirap bunutin na part.

Guys, may naririnig akong rattle (nginig) parang naiipit na brake ang sound sa may evaporator ko. i am sure its aircon related kasi during the sound pag pinapatay ko AC biglang wala. hindi naman sumasayad ang blower ko. its inside the casing. parang evaporator or sa expansion valve. Naririning ko lang sya pag sobrang lamig na sa loob at nag oon and off na ang manual thermostat ko. ano kaya ito? any similar experience with my problem ?

i'm curious how were you able to identify that it was the wire. last time out, the aircon mechanic also noticed the hi pressure after coming through heavy traffic. pinalo yung aux fan, kasi parang tumigil nga.

Thanks for ur replies. Aux fans are all working. I'll plan a trip to Joseph or Ceejays soon. Or are there any other good ac shops near marikina?

Mabigat ba yun ARB bumpers?will it affect FC ng FM?

Didn't weigh mine.. Pero ironman estimated around 30-40kgs ang front bumper.. Medyo dumapa nga ulo ng FM ko when I installed the bumper.. Kaya I ordered ironman shocks na sabay adjust ng torsion bars nextweek.. FC was not affected sir.. Para ka lang nagsakay ng isang chicks.. Hehehe

Problema sira FM ko.. Nagpa change oil ako kahapon sabay oil filter & air filter.. Drove it home tapos biglang medyo palyado after 5minutes of driving.. Inisip ko baka kulan lang ng bleeding yung fuel filter.. Ginamit ko kagabi, medyo palyado pa rin to the point na namatayan ako while slowing down.. Pero nakauwi naman ng house.. Tapos kanina palyado na talaga.. Kahit anong bleeding ko ng fuel filter palyado pa rin.. Pinainit ko to normal operating temp pero palyado pa rin.. Mekaniko na bahala nito bukas..

Sana minor like like a bad fuel filter or a leak somewhere.. Huwag lang sana injection pump.. It was running fine before the PMS..

Mabigat pala talaga yun ARB bumpers. Regarding sa problem niyo sir, tanong ko lang, nakita niyo ba yun process kung paano nila ni-bleed yun injectors at napansin niyo ba kung gaano karami nilagay nilang diesel pang priming sa fuel filter ninyo? Don't worry sir at malabong injection pump pa ang problem ninyo. More of proper bleeding lang yan.

Baka sir hinde marunong nag palit ng fuel filter mo. Dapat kasi bobombahin mo yan yung pinaka filter para malamnan ng crudo or else yan ang effect papalya at mamatayan talaga...
