Gotta fix the transfercase support. Shop around for MMC foglights and Euro version taillamps... oh and the seps. Sabi ni Glenn maganda raw JBL for people on a budget... i think i'll go with those.

Hehe. I was rushing things kasi medyo magiging hectic buhay ko sa Q1-2004.

Jon, Yung green kasi

(1) palyado glow plugs or glow plug relay. as much as possible, ayoko na may pagawa pa.

(2) may weird squeaking sound dun sa loob.

(3)may reverse sensors yung green (gusto ko, as stock as possible)

(4) Mismatched tires yung sa Green and the guy wont let me keep my tires (mags oks lang sa kanya i-retain ko), may dunlop at michelin

(5) the interior door handles of the red one are super fresh, as in walang libag. Now this can only be attributed to real freshness, kasi if you clean a pajero's front door handles, kikintab iyun. The seats look only a year old. no kidding, sa lahat ng tinignan ko, eto freshest leather seats and sidings. parang bnew talaga.

(6) May flashlight pa itong pula hehehe.

(7) Mas suwerte daw?

Haaay. Tomorrow hanap ako JBL's tapos install ng sounds. kakatapos ko lang install finer filter, philips bulbs etc etc etc.

Overall oks naman, medyo mahina takeoff but once nakabuwelo na si 4M40, oks na. Fortunately, mahina lang yung rear seat sqeak, probably kasi nasugatan na yung leather and wala na masyadong friction.

sir experince ko sa transfer case support babagsak siya within a month kahit palitan AT transmission support. kung hindi naman palitan transmission support bagsak na agad transfer case support. sir paki check nalang kung ganun din sayo. thanks

sir PROMDIBOY, Thank you po. I think bagsak din yung transfercase support nung sakin. ang alog ng transmission pag naka neutral. Pag naka "D" oks naman. Hindi pa ako umiilalim so i cant confirm kung talagang sira. Medo maingay nga yung seats sa likod hehehe. Pero oks lang. With the sound system i'm gonna install, ewan ko kung marinig ko pa yun. Punta ako PROCARS mamaya, check out the fogs that you mentioned.

Transfercase din pala yun problem ng gen2.5 ko. Am curious, mura lang ba magpagawa nito?

Same problem with Promdiboy bumigay yun glow plugs ko at 35th. Replaced all with originals, 1100 each... Yun gen 2 namin 75th na ayos pa rin and also 1 click lang.

Rear seats, ako i put a planela on all na kumikiskis na leather. Yan yata downside ng mga leather seats.

Can anyone suggests a good shop that can fix annoying sound pag ni rerevvv? May sound sa back ng aircon na parang kumikiskis na parts? Can this be the transfercase problem?

Question lang po. Yung ho bang transfer case has its own oil or does it share oil with the transmission? My engine is 4m40 and automatic po yung tranny. Nag pa change oil for engine, tranny, front and rear diff but I don't know if the tranfer case ay na change oil? Thanks in advance

tatoski - yes the TCase has its own lubricant. On my Paj ('99 M/T 4x4) the TCase requires Hyphoid gear oil (API GL4 or higher) SAE 75/90w.

Then dun sa shocks yung lights nahugot lang pala yung cable sa swicth nya

Ok salamat sir archijardy yon na gagamitin ko sa next change oil ko no need na b maglagay ng additives?

RP user din ako dito and 2nd time ko na gumamit nito. ok na ok ang langis na ito. di ka magsisisi sa pag-invest sa langis na ito. at tama si sir archi, wag mo lalagyan ng additives. kaso ang ginawa ko nung 1st time ko gumamit ng rp, nagpa-flushing muna ako para matanggal ang dati niyang langis.

pb, may bad news ako dun sa k&n filter ko. mas matangkad ang k&n kesa sa oem filter. nagkasya naman sa air filter box ko pero yun nga lang, may konting siwang sa takip. tuloy napapaisip akong i-convert sa open type ang intake system ko

2 problems:

1. pag cold start, dati ok ang menor ngayon parang tren (jug jug jug) na mababa, ayoko bigyan ng gaso kasi alam ko masama sa diesel engine un kya on na lang ako ng aircon. unless apakan ko muna gas pedal before starting. signs na kayo ito ng calibration pagtagal? lagi naman ako naka petron booster kada full tank

2. nagpalit ako t-case support pero medyo may alog pa din pag nag engage ung a/c. engine support kya? ano pa ba ibang supports na pwede palitan?

archi, 1. my guess is timing chain sound yan kasi wala pang oil pressure. yung tensioner kasi natin oil pressure ang nagpapagana. no oil pressure + no tension + no oil (di pa umakyat sa taas) = loose chain (jug jug jug sound). 2. AT support, mas ok kasi sabay TC and AT support. check mo TC support mo kung naka float pa yung gitna, kung nasa baba na, malamang AT support mo bumaba narin. imho dont change your engine support unless may crack. nagpalit ako niyan at 100k kms, no cracks yet yung luma, halos walang difference sa bago.

ask ko lang po... mga ito.. kasi takot ako macrack plastic ng mga panels.. pag mali pag bukas.. hehe

pano po palitan bulb front maplight sa pajero? parang walang suksukan ng screwdriver eh.. hehe

pano po tangalin yung sa likod naman.. yung ilaw sa 3rd row? hehe

pano po tangalin bulbs ng tail light? do i have to take the whole assembly out?

last... clearance lights ng gen2.. nahihila ko po palabas.. natatangal ko... sa gen2.5 fm... hehe it wont budge po... hehe same lang po ba sila hinihila papuntang harap? thanks
