yep, I agree, deaden talaga, heres a pic of my door, deadened and sealed. pinalitan ko housing ng mdf para solid ang midbass, yung stock kasi covered yung likod ng speaker kaya medyo parang nasa cave yung boses.

Hi guys, got a problem with my gen regarding engine vibration. I replaced the tranny support (A/T) yesterday with a replacement unit, it was long overdue! I also replaced the transfer case support with a fabricated bushing, like the one's done at M7. Now the vibrations feel worse! i returned the fabricated bushing to the shop and they made it "softer". Vibration is less than before but i am not satisfied.. I'm thinking, maybe the tranny support sucks? I plan to go underneath and check if the engine supports are due for replacement.
Btw, i was able to find an OEM transfercase support, for a subic gen2, but it's only a bushing.. i will need to use the original housing and it costs more than 1k. the fabricated bushing only costed 200 pesos :D

ikaw_ngaba If budget is not a problem, go for synthetics, budget ko kasi hanggang delo sport lang 300plus per liter, turbo xp is 500 per liter.
v22 tagal ko narin nag eexperiment sa support. TC and AT. lahat lumala yung vibration pag remedyo, its better palitan ng bnew oem, sinubukan ko na ipitan ng rubber in between but na tatransfer yung vibration sa body, TC really needs to move freely inside the ring of the support, if you suppress it, vibration will be transfered to the body. imho replace both at the same time. if you replace the TC only, it will wear out faster.
ang medyo tumagal na remedyo saakin dati is nilagyan ko ng pangipit yung AT support using epoxy clay, para ianggat niya yung AT. ang result is hindi nakabagsak yung TC sa ring ng support. dahan dahan niya uubusin yung epoxy clay. pero matagal naman. pero siempre iba parin ang all bnew.Last edited by promdiboy; December 24th, 2007 at 12:35 AM.

promdiboy; thanks! baka kunin ko na nga yung OEM na TC bushing being sold at motorix.. know any cheaper place to get em? how about my tranny support, replacement lang ang ipinalit ko, umangat naman yung tranny.. ok na kaya ito? or dapat OEM talaga? medyo mataas OEM tranny support ng pang matic :D
