Wala pala SUA ang ibang car brands sa Pinas? Ano kaya proof nila. Dami naman ako nakita nang posts. Even TGP posted photos or other car brands having SUA cases. Weird.

Spot on. As MMPC quickly dismisses the idea that something is wrong with the vehicle (natuarally), this statement of yours makes a very good point. Oh yeah, oo nga pala...driver error.

Most SUA accident can be attributed to the "unsafe" straight shifter since you can shift straight to drive from reverse even without pressing the clutch release button... In the gated shift, it stops at neutral.

Beside the brake pedal release, they should only allow the car to start at P only.

Different engine. Might be possible.

As for starting only in "P", there are a lot of cars that allow you to start in "N", for safety reasons, also (car accidentally dies in the middle of the road)... I guess the one thing missing is requiring a brake press to start.

Wala naman mapapala ang drivers kung SUA or accident ang kanilang e- declare... both is covered by INsurance...

Babayaran at babayaran pa din ng insurance yan SUA or human error... at yung driver naman magbabayad pa din ng participation fee...
