hiring ang expert is another thing...

proving the 97 sua victims as not credible witnesses or LIARS is also another thing...

Speaking to radio dzMM, Atty. Rita Linda Jimeno said accidents rooted in Montero's "sudden unintended acceleration" (SUA) have been recorded in New Zealand and Australia.

Jimeno said the car model's unintended acceleration also killed several people in Israel.
    How true????

    The final verdict: DRIVER ERROR.

The incredible complainants are incompetent to drive a Montero Sports. Technical malfunction of the vehicle has not been proven by any third party experts.

On the other hand, the alleged demonic possesion of the vehical is yet to be verified by a competent exorcist.

    CASE CLOSED

From this documents cause of SUA is Voltage Spike

    A Detailed Electronic Mechanism
    for Sudden Unintended Acceleration

Abstract: Long term unintended acceleration events with engine speeds approaching 5000 to 6000 RPM are
explained in terms of the author’s previous theory of sudden unintended acceleration. It is shown that these events
have a common origin with vehicle surging events at low speeds and that both can happen while the driver’s foot is
off the accelerator. This means that brake override systems are completely ineffective in preventing sudden
unintended acceleration in vehicles having electronic throttles. It is shown that unintended acceleration is a problem
inherent to the electronic throttle systems of all automobile manufacturers. The root cause of unintended
acceleration in vehicles having electronic throttles is identified, and a solution is presented.

Another one was claimed to be a victim of the Montero's SUA ( watched it on TV Paytroll).

I don't want to make any comment, but the victim is a good friend and former officemate. She's young and on the rise on her career.

    kapag ang naaksidente gamit ang:

    1. Other Brands/Make
= Human Error, Moron Driver, Drunk Driving, etc.
    2. Mitsubishi Montero = blame MMC, SUA.

so sa mga may MS pa dyan, what are you waiting for?
