hi guys, just my 2 cents. no offense meant to monty owners. let's hope na they investigate na yan. don't bash or defend na muna tayo. let's just wait for the result. ang makikinabang naman diyan yung public kasama na yung owners. if the result is no sua, good for the monty owners pati na sa family and public. pero kung may defect talaga, benefit naman din ng mga owners pti na family at public yun para magkaroon ng corrective actions ang mitsu. lahat naman ng models may mga defects. huwag naman sana mangyari na mag-sua muna car natin at mamatayan tayo bago natin sabihin na 'let's investigate'. pano pala if sabihin ng mitsu buy back nila lahat nung 97? anong gagawin nung ibang owners? just a clarification lang po...

Wag naman sana nila i buy back yung 97 monteros. Baka ma inggit yung mga naka montero at araruhin lahat ng nasa paningin. Hehe jk lang. Peace. :p

Mitsubishi montero = the modern carabao. :p Come to think of it, di kaya mga magsasakang yumaman ang karamihan bumili ng montero?

Hello guys!! Really love reading this thread, so many good inputs and wise ideas or reasons for causes of SUA. I have experienced this first hand, this so called demonic charriot has haunted me for some time now. Well I sympathized with all the victims especially people who got injured with the accidents. This is not a funny matter for people who experienced it and got hurt or have someone they love who got hurt. I believe in niky's comment too but these cars are man made, and man made things are not perfect and sometimes these man made things malfunctions like space shuttles, airplanes and boats. I don't want to upset anyone but please have an open mind for those who believe and doesn't believe in this issue. PEACE!!

I came from a manufacturing company, lahat ng parts na tested for QA, di naman pwede na kaunting discrepancy sa tinatawag na golden sample eh i-rereject mo na.

May mga parameters yan, kaya may mga binning, yung pinakamataas na quality, expect na iba category at market nyan. Iba rin ang parameters kung aerospace industry target mo.

Lahat ng kinakabit na pyesa rin sa isang assembled unit, may record yan kung kailan manufactured, lot number etc.. Ibig sabihin may traceability lagi.

Oh by the way, alam rin ng manufacturers kung san nila ibebenta ang mga assembled units nila na kung saan sila nag cut corners.
