to this day, i swear i stepped on the brake pedal.
buti na lang, in that split second, the car down-shifted, giving me time to think of using the other brake pedal to the left of the brake pedal i was stepping on at that time.

Kahit ilang years ka na nagmamaneho, there will come a time your brain will just suddenly messed up, happened to me also, luckily the Porsche cayenne that was parked behind me was a few meters away when I started to back up, when I brain started to work again and stepped on the brake, the rear of my car and the Porsche was just a few inches away.

from what i understand,
they could not replicate the SUA-ness, nor find out what engine condition gave rise to its explosive output.
also, the presence or absence of the red brake lights, as seen in the various videos, give weight to the mitaken identity theory.
"kung brake pedal nga ang tinapakan niya, bakit hindi umilaw ang brakelights?"

and strangely,
only the ATs were reported to have SUA. the MTs ....?
