I went to mitsubishi yesterday, and as usual unlimited drinks and all the pampering. I'm happy with the free check up, thanks to alleged SUA victim. After the change oil and everything, it flies like F18.

Noticed an unusual longer line at Diamond Motors Quezon Avenue of MS for maintenance... including one with Bias Network stickers.

Repeat a twisted tale many times, the gullible public will believe it enough to be gospel truth.

Interesting sticker by the MSCP group at the end...hehehe.

Nice! When braking, make sure to use the left brake pedal. The brake pedal on the right is what causes SUA from what i heard.

Saw in the news last night, pila sa mga Mitsubishi casas for the free check-up. I wonder what they are checking up when they don't know what & where the problem is coming from with the fact their claiming driver's error??? So what if they've check-up the vehicle then the next few days SUA happens, they blame the driver again?

Also in the news last night, drivers are staying away from Monteros on the road to escape from possible accident. They heed my call.

The other night we're at MOA Viking parking area. Pag tapat sa Montero naka park told my kids to stay away in front & at the back at baka umandar bigla yan. We all are:hysterical:

However not all of us are technically incline so this is why MMPC should explain this not just to us Montero drivers but even to the public to at least lessen their fear.

Actually, going through all the known issues and complaints regarding the 4D56, I can see the outline of a case beginning:

    1. We know the inhibitor switch is faulty. Which means that inattentive drivers might not know they're in "Drive" instead of "Neutral"

    2. Throttle surge due to voltage spikes and clogged EGR or SCV are not unknown. In fact, there are complaints about surge in other markets, but it is still supposedly controllable by the brakes.

    3. An extended surge requires a more major malfunction, however, and possibly extra oil to burn... (oil leak in turbo?) which would have resulted in a bluish cloud rather than the black cloud in the White Monty video (there was some blue, but not all that much).

    4. And you would still have to explain why the brakes didn't work.

    5. And you would still have to explain why the brake lights didn't work for exactly one minute only.

    -

The first two, however, could provide clues as to the cases of the ladies on the highway, though I think mat entrapment or mechanical throttle sticking cannot (and should not) be ruled out there.

Clamp will be deactivated when you press the accelerator.

How many times had she parked that park into her garage and suddenly she would like to ram her sala. And MMPC would claim driver's error. No wonder this problem is cannot be resolve cause MMPC keep's blaming the driver and that's more than 97 cases already. Is what MMPC stating is that their Montero drivers are damn stupid to cause accidents?

Im not really sure what you mean and Im not an expert but I think Throttle body and Fuel injectors are not mechanically link (correct me if Im wrong) so controlling the Throttle body would not mean also controlling the amount of fuel fed. Remember that both air (controlled by throttle) and fuel (controlled by injectors) must be fed together for the engine to rev up as others wise it will be either too lean or too rich and bog the engine off instead of revving up

Controlling the throttle body is applicable for carburetor equipped fuel system.

I wonder if the driver of the humping MS is another elderly gentleman or clueless lady driver. And the driver of the SUA in Iloilo was an elderly disheveled gentleman.

Hindi ba misleading yung article ng ABS-CBN.
MMPC will phase out the 2015 Montero Sports which simply means they will stop selling it and move on to sell the 2016 model.
This is normal for any car distributor or dealer once a new model rolls out in their showroom.
Though MMPC admitted their doing it earlier than expected due to no sales since Dec1....
