Kasong Diesel Engine Runaway... may isang video na Isuzu Crosswind ang nag runaway engine din. It can affect any diesel engine.

The most common cause, according to most diesel mechanics and service guides, is worn piston rings or cylinders. These can allow combustion gases to blow past the piston into the crankcase, creating an oil mist that is vented through the crankcase breather tube. The breather is, of course, connected to the intake manifold, so the oil mist is drawn back into the engine; remember, a diesel is capable of running on even very poor fuel, and engine oil in a mist form is actually not too different in terms of combustibility than actual diesel fuel. The oil being drawn into the engine causes it to run faster, which in turn forces more oil into the intake, created a positive feedback loop that quickly has the engine overspeeding well beyond its redline.

I remember almost a decade ago an expat mechanic in one of the jobsite I worked, warned/lectured me of the danger of overfilling engine oil in a diesel engine.
And from his description of the possible effect, its very similar to a diesel engine runaway.

2 months ago nabangga ako from rear while on full stop and the driver initially informed me and the investigator na SUA. His vehicle is not a montero pero matic din na CUV (suzuki). Impact was quite heavy and my SUV was rammed twice. Driver error for sure.

I'm surprised pwede pala mag ka error na ganito, yung pagbaligtarin accelerator and brake? I thought this is as simple as handling the spoon or fork using the appropriate hand when eating, mahirap magkamali... Or interchanging the jump and fireball button in the Mario game haha.

i can tell you, sir... "it's easy".
i speak from personal experience (non-monty, however).

the hands have the advantages of visual cooperation and at least 50% shorter nerve impulse travel.

menos gastos daw nang kaunti sa gas station ang euro 2 versus euro 4.
they'd probably get the same or better pricing if they whittled down the taxes on euro 4, or if they allowed less alcohol content...

30 centavos lang daw lower yung Euro 2 doc. Not worth the extra pollution imho.
