Btt: Iyan pa naman ang gate na pinapasukan ko whenever i visit the campus. Cars slow down there because that's where you get the vehicle passes for those rides and rigs w/o stickers
do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do
Debate na to nyan if nakailaw brake lights or hindi. Babanggitin din 3rd brake light bat hindi umilaw.

Hello all, its a been awhile since we've last heard of any news na related sa issue na to.
But just the same, would you guys still consider buying a first-gen montero sport if you were in the market for second-hand SUV?
Thanks

Mitsubishi Montero Sport SUA FAQ SERIES 010
#mmssuafaq
Question: Was there actual proof presented by Mitsubishi that all the reported SUA accidents are caused by Pedal Error?
NO. There has been no evidence presented in any of the accidents to date that the accelerator pedal has been pressed to cause the SUA event experienced on the Gen2 series.
The pedal error reason to date on Monteros have been purely based on just a PRESUMPTION or purely a HYPOTHESIS. Wherein “SINCE NO DEFECT CAN BE FOUND, THEN IT MUST BE DUE TO DRIVER’S ERROR”. “Malamang, inaapak yung accelerator, kaya nag SUA” is the default comment.
There is NO sensor or Error Code (generated from the computer box) in the Montero Sport that will provide direct evidence that the accelerator pedal was being pressed at the time of the accident. Mitsubishi acknowledges themselves in letters to clients who complain about SUA that pedal error is only seen as the PAUSIBLE Root Cause and a HYPOTHESIS, rather than the clear finding as the actual cause . In the letters that Mitsubishi sends out to clients, the already pre-drafted template (shown here) states:
“The investigation has found only one PLAUSIBLE ROOT CAUSE for SUA, and the inability to stop the Mitsubishi Montero Sport vehicle. Our HYPOTHESIS is that these incidents were caused by the driver mistakenly applying the accelerator, believing they were pressing the brake pedal”
It therefore still needs to be explained as to why SUA in significantly being complained about on the Gen2 series of the Montero Sport. If we want to promote safety, we need to work on finding out WHY, rather than just concluding pedal error, even if there is no direct evidence showing identifying the actual cause.
Ako.. naniniwala dyan sa montero SUA.. totoo yan.. na DRIVER ERROR.. although may design flaw talaga like yung shifter na walang lock or gates.. magkalapit or pantay na pedal.. pero bottom line nasa driver talaga..
Tsaka isang tip sa mga nag drive ng AT.. wag nyo ipatong or gawing hand rest yung stick shift.. isang bump or ma jolt kayo pwede malipat yun from D to R and vice versa
If you have peace of mind buying a vehicle with tsismis of harming people and damaging properties, why not. Personally, I wouldn't.

Personally I wouldn't. Totoo man o hindi ang SUA, I will not rsik my family's safety as well as others. Tsaka ayoko mapabilang dun sa ika nga "idiot drivers". 😎
Sira na ang pangalan at reputation ng montero damay pati yung 2016 onwards. Cguro para makaahon kelangan na nila discontinue at palitan ng brand name.
May kasabihan na ang naniniwala sa sabi-sabi ay walang bait sa sarili.
