    ^ Hindi sinadya pero nangyari na sa amin sir. Pero for safety rreason kahit anung sasakyan pa meron ka. Hindi dapat mangyari na may tao sa harapan(lalo na sa garahe).
    My friend with honda city napilay dahil binangga sya ng bagohang driver sa garahe.

    Frankly speaking I don't believe sa SUA. (That's the reason I own 2nd and 3rd gen monty) It's a human error. It is easy to point SUA than aminin na kasalanan mo. Why for claim purpose? Thats why there's a saying na kahit mahuli ka sa akto ng asawa mo na may ginagawa kang milagro ay wag ka aamin.IMHO

    i agree.
    but they don't have to feign innocence for the insurance.
    unless specifically mentioned in the contract, compre insurance will pay for honest errors and self-accidents. i have satisfactorily claimed for such.

    i believe others feign innocence because they do not want to admit that they made a mistake.
    and there are those who honestly believe they did not make a mistake, even as they did.

    my opinion.

    Not all compre insurance can give a claim likes: total cause of hospitalization to persons involved, damage to all the property's affected by accident and the worst death etc.. There's such amount indicated limited to the amount of insurance you decide for your compre. That's why they have different insurance policies.

    My apology I'm not in contrast, its only exchange of conversation and opinion.
