driver error maybe🤤but many victims are all montero not strada🤔 which is odd since they mechanically the same. Let not judge the driver of SUA for their error. What if it really happened? 😥

I'm trying to convince myself na yung pressure sa casual na pag apak ko sa ng brake pedal would be equal to flooring in case gas pedal pala ang naapakan ko.

But one thing is sure, dahil sa issue, I couldn't imagine myself parking a Montero na nakaharap ako sa ledge ng isang multi level parking.

Here is a link to dashboard camera footage of the Shaw Blvd. Montero Sport incident. Can you see if the brake lights were lit?

You see glaring red light coming from the brake lights of other vehicles in the video.

You get a chance to see the montero's tail lights when it goes almost perpendicular to the dash cam vehicle after it hits it. No glaring red lights observed.

We don't own a montero... but sure looks like driver error again...

Ano ba grounds ng SUA vs non SUA pag claim sa insurance ng owner? Pareho naman covered yan regardless diba?

Hindi lahat covered ng insurance, once na binasa ang policy..

    ang hindi sagot,

    1. DUI/under-influence ng illegal substance..
    2. Act of War
    3. Sabotage/Intentional, Commiting Crime gamit ang sasakyan.

MMPC's conclusion is pedal misapplication due to driver error. But they failed to resolve one cause of pedal misapplication: pedal placement. Drivers are more prone to stepping on the gas since pedals are closer together. Maybe an adjustment in height variance will help.

Another thing is drivers using slippers or flipflops when driving, can easily get stuck on the pedals. Last time I checked, it's illegal and fineable. I'm willing to bet a good percentage of these SUA drivers were wearing flipflops at the time.

    Exactly my point.

Kahit hindi nakapasok yung susi sa kotse, you step on the brake pedal == iilaw dapat yan.

Note red glare coming from the brake lights of vehicles in front.

Bakit malapad ang brake pedal ng automatic compared sa manual? Baka need bawasan yung lapad ng pedal
