AFAIK, medyo mahirap ng maghanap ng parts nyan. I think that's one of the first front-wheel drive Mitsubishi has produced that was sold here in the Philippines. Nakapagmaneho na ako nyan. Pretty decent acceleration pero if I remember correctly, ang isang sakit nyan eh vibration ng dash board. 1600 ba yung engine ng bibilhin moor yung 1400?

Alvin, I'd go for the Starlet pero IMHO, medyo mahirap na rin parts nyan. Usually, yung 60 series na Starlet eh ang engine choices eh 1.0L, 1.2L at 1.3L.

With old Mitsubishis, I think the Lancer might be the safer choice.
Remember the 80's box-type Lancer, which had a 4 year life extension in the RP(total of 8 years)
The local market Lancer GT model with a 1.6 liter engine got sporty bumpers similar to the one on the Lancer 2000 Turbos seen below.
