I'd rather get a H100 over this.

Ako, I'll get urvan cargo. 1.1m lang. Wala nga lang seats. Bili na lang surplus isang row lang to be a 6 seater van. Hindi sitahin sa mga buwaya

Di ko napansin doc. Pros pa pala ay pwede nakatayo siguro for 5'3 5'4 ang height.

Do you mean glass window? Yes it has glass window. Hindi panel van

Pero kung naoopen? Baka nga hindi? Just like commuter

Then again, the 4D56 TDIC had 240Nm, eto 200 lang. Meron kayang magpaparemap neto? [emoji23]

    it's a beast of burden.
i do not think the users are interested in "improving on it".

my beef with the L300 design, is the driver ergonomics and heat insulation. now, if they can radically improve on that...

but i can hear "uv express"...

I do wonder though, what will happen should this engine be restored to full power in this old, rickety platform.

Probably now that the cab is so high up, the engine will now be much farther from my butt? Lesser chance of impotence doc? [emoji23]

With such high ride height, this L3 certainly deserves bigger tires at least. 205 or 215/70 series rubber, especially with such high payload.

the dmax can be outfitted with +300kg leaf springs.

i agree with the safety aspect..

problem is marami talaga invested sa l300.. for 1dmax.. 10? l300s get sold lol.

Many folks buy the L300 because of the mechanic friendly engine. With this engine, I wonder if many would still buy.

Now the purchase that makes the most business sense would most likely be the Kia K2500 which if I'm not mistaken employs a detuned Starex engine, seats more people than the L300, and I hear, cost around just as much as the L300.

If I recall correctly, the K2500 costs sub 1m if only cab and chassis. More than 1m if with the FB rear, same with the Hilux FB.

Edit: I stand corrected on this. Please disregard, not sure what the exact current price is starting july 2019 after the "introductory price period" was over for the K2500.

Hamak na mas masarap pa idrive. Nagulat ako nung nakadrive ako nung k2500. Very refined for a "truck".

At the moment Kia is the only one who offers a 4x4 FB type. They seem to be quite popular in the mountainous areas. Mitsubishi missed the opportunity to break the monopoly, especially now with such a tall L300. [emoji23]
