Mits Adventure GLS 2010, naka timing belt parin ba?
Any disadvantage kaysa using a timing chain(other model)?

note: 4d56 adventure is not turbo-equipped afaik

sa timing chain naman, the advantage i see is longer service life. 100k km replacement intervals

Ah balak mo pa lang bumili? look elsewhere if you like driving. If you like something near its price, Strada GLX na lang siguro. At least yun may turbo.

Insulation is not that good too.

May nahiram kasi ako 2009 GLX nung pumunta ako sa La Union farm last week. hehehe

Got MPV na, the next ay gagamitin for couturier.
Our max budget is 850K+, so we opt another car(SUV) nalang na swak sa bugdet.

Technically, tumaas ba talaga ang temp gauge bos?

Yung GLS Sport 2005 namin wala pa namang problema or kahit anong sakit ng ulo. Regular maintenance lang kami. After 3 years di nako nagpa casa paminsan minsan na lang.

I own a 2010 Adventure GLS Sport, and at 12K km, it's running well. As to pros and cons, sandamakmak na ang threads regarding the matter. What i can say is, your choice will depend on how you intend to use the vehicle; as for me, my advie had been value for money.

Just don't mislead yourself into thinking that horsepower or torque will matter much on Philippine roads. In this country (and in all matters of life in fact), "diskarte" often gets you further than good "numbers".

The timing belt is more silent than the chain driven variety.

As long as you replace your timing belt at the correct interval, it will serve you well.

My Nissan Patrol (timing belt) sounds like hell compared to my friend's (timing belt) Mitsu Montero Sport. Parang gas engine yung montero compared to my Patrol na parang cargo truck ang tunog (but I do like the noise). :D
