Pajoz, walang OEM door speakers ang Gen2 Meron dashboard mounted na 3.5inch ata. Sa Gen2.5, tweeters naka mount sa dash and midbass yung sa pinto.

Pinabutasan ko yung door pockets ko to accomodate 5.25cm speakers before. Yung Gen2.5 may mounts and may grille sa doors.

What i did in my black Pajero was take out the plastic "pocket" attached to the sidings and mount the speakers there.

I guess subic units have the door mounted speakers even with the Gen2's. But then again im only guessing

Di pa ako nakaka-kilatis ng JDM eh.

yup, same will apply for subic gen 2. remove door pockets and cutout hole for speaker, or you can alternatively use a soldering iron and melt the plastic and make lines to make it look like a grille, then replace the carpet covering it with an acoustically transparent cloth.
