Thanks also for giving a heads up on Union Motors Paco. I'm planning to buy a new 1.6 Lancer and your experience will make me double vigilant on scrupulous salesmen. Hwag magpadala porke magaling mag sweet talk and very accomodating.

Yes tama ka, a car is the second most expensive thing we will purchase (next to our homes) so fight for your hard-earned money. Good luck on your case!

maraming salamat sa iyong moral support, bro. i am representing all those who have been fooled by unscrupulous salesmen and dealerships who have no regard for the lives of their clients.

    *sir mike18

actually, my case isn't a Lemon Law. it's UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE...and it's already a law. kaya itong laban ko ay para sa ating mga naloko ng unfair trade practice.

Do you have the offer sheet of the dealer? The one where they list down for your conforme the unit type/model, specs and final price? This would be the best basis for what unit you really ordered and a point of comparison on what was delivered to you.

sir vinj, we did not have an offer sheet. everything was verbal since we trusted that the sales people, both sales manager and sales supervisor, were honest w/ us.

Just a piece of advice sir....dont bark at the wrong tree....its not MMPC's fault....its the dealer's fault...so ultimately, your demand to replace your vehicle should be addressed directly to Union Motors management, copy furnsihed lang MMPC as notice to them lang that some of their dealers are scrupulous....after Union Motors ignores you...file ka na complaint sa court sir...without legal action...di matatakot yang mga yan....

Let this be a warning to all those who are planning to buy vehicles from this dealership that practice UNFAIR TRADE! In short, MGA MANDURUGAS ANG MGA TAGA UNION MOTORS PACO!!

that's exactly what i did, sir moxxxs. i didn't file any complaints towards MMPC. i only copy furnished the president about my complaint towards union motors.

yup, it's obvious that union motors is not scared unless i probably bring them to court...i'm just waiting....
