MODEL: Galant (7th Gen, Manual, ECI-Multi)
    PROBLEM: Slow Engine Response/Jerking/Choking

Habang nananakbo: kapag nagShift ako to another gear (higher or lower) dapat dahan dahan ko apakan gas or itaas muna rev ko para umandar at di mamatay makina.

Sir i adjust mo muna yung idle screw. HTH :D

Base Idle Set Screw or BISS

The Base Idle Set Screw (BISS) is located on top of the throttle body, covered by a soft seal. But it's not just any screw. The BISS controls a throttle body air bypass that allows the adjustment of the idle. If your car is not idling right, it may be because the BISS has fallen out completely. The average Mitsubishi dealer seems to have no idea what this part is; we've heard of parts counter people claiming you have to buy a whole new throttle body to get the BISS.

The BISS, whatever, is adjusted to compensate for the A/C compressor load. So the engine should have reached normal running
temperature and the A/C compressor is engaged, then Adjust the BISS for 700 to 800 RPM while the A/C is running. Idle RPM should not change much when the A/C compressor solenoid disengaged.
Hope you get your RPM back to normal and Hope I have it right.
