February 28th, 2010 09:33 PM #563gustuhin ko man mag shift at a higher rpm eh iniisip ko naman yung fuel consumption ko. so it's a choice between hataw o tipid sa fuel. i somehow have learned to accept na i bought the adventure para may sasakyan ako. kung makararating ako sa gusto ko puntahan eh solved na ko. kaya yung vios ko na nabaha maski gusto ko ibenta eh nandito pa rin. at least yun mabilis at maliksi umandar. kaso back to casa si vios at umilaw na naman check engine. hay....sakit sa ulo
anyway, i shift at around 2000 or maybe 2500 rpm. sabi ko nga dun sa casa nung nag PMS sya feeling ko sakal na sakal ang andar nya. eh wala rin naman nabago. so suko na ko.

February 28th, 2010 09:38 PM #564ang haba naman ng quote, hehe.. but thanks for the reply, at least my nakukuha ko mga ideas. tagal naman ng sticker mo, halos 6 months na advie mo pero wala ka pa sticker, follow up mo lang.. and about the tucson, ngtest drive ako, my napansin din ako na matagtag siya kahit flat yung road at may ingay kaagad sa baba, kahit uneven road lang, napansin ko din na mababa yung seats nya, parang pandak ka tingnan sa loob, how much more pg my passenger ka na bata or pamangkin mo diba. (except for the driver side kasi adjustable naman).
so you manage 13km/l? city driving lang sa province nyo or mixed highway na din? sounds great if thats the case, anyway i have decided na advie na, inisip ko kasi na wala casa ng hyundai dito sa place namin and marami akong nabasang comments na my quirking sounds yung tucson especially sa steering wheel and my isa pa, mahina yung stabilizer joint, minsan nagiingay.. and only 7km/l city, proven yan, ung iba nga 6km/l lang, knowing na 10 pesos price difference nila sa diesel, at least yung mitsubishi my casa dito,. .

February 28th, 2010 10:13 PM #566so you manage 13km/l? city driving lang sa province nyo or mixed highway na din?
^^ yes sir, though in fairness di masyado matrapik dito sa amin kahit pa sabihing city. Yung '10 Tucson ng friend ko nakaka-11.2 km/l pa nga at A/T pa yun!
IMHO, as long as you don't expect the advie as "fast & the furious" material, value for money siya.

anway kanina my nakita ako na super sports, color grey, ok naman, maganda pero i have 3 choices, black, maroon or red ba yun and the chestnut red for 2010 advie super sports, what do you think maganda sa tatlo? my mga advantage at disadvantage din kasi silang tatlo..

I initially wanted the chestnut red (parang maroon) and gray color, pero i ended up choosing silver for sentimental reasons. Choose a color you can bear looking at everyday for the next 4 to 5 years. He he..
Basic old school lang ang brakes ng advie, but i have no complaints so far. I think naman kahit pa hightech ang brake system mo kung di ka maingat ein the first place e wala pa din. As for the airbags, talagang naghanap ako ng walang ganun coz i have eyeglasses.
someones are (at last!) loudly asking, "why did they turn off the countdown timers?"
