Lots of questions for Pajero 1st gen

sorry mga tsikot people pardon me for my ignorance and sa dami ng questions im on my project kasi and medyo wala akong idea about pajeros and mga repair stuffs




1) ask ko lang bakit kaya kahit na nakapark lang ako kapag todo kabig ko ang manibela sa left may naririnig akong ticking sounds sa right naman walang problema. velocity joint ba ang problem nito? ano ba yung velocity joint?

2) ive already asked this on another tread ask ko lang ulit: mayroon leaks ang aking doors and windows i plan to replace all rubber channels mayroon pong mga nabanggit na shops si sir otep motorix and best colt does anyone know their numbers? other recommended shops? mas ok pag shop na recommend sila na rin ang magkakabit. better yet any cheaper alternatives other than replacing all the rubbers?

3) ano ang stock tire and rim size for the 1st gen pajero? mayroon pa akaya akong makukuha na stock rims nito na good condition? or better change na lang ako to aftermarket brands na stock size?

4.) sa adjustments ng bouncy seats may knob po sya diba turning clokwise and counter clockwise for soft and hard; para saan yung lever?

5.) may nabibili pa ba sa banawe nun orig na canvass tire cover ng 1st gen pajero ( i went to cavite this morning wala na ako nakitang mga parts ng mitsu sa mga surplus shops dun madami for besta and kia korean brands)

Sorry di ko rin alam actually 3weeks ko pa lang nagamit yung pajero GEN 1 buhat ng ma bili ko kay Happiman... Then pag alis ko last July 3 pina hatid ko na agad sa Shop for reapair. kaya di ko pa rin masyadong kabisado ang mga sakit nyan.. I'll tell you pag uwi ko sa Sept. Im sure marami ng na bago sa Gen 1 ko.

Mukha nga tayo lang yata 2 naka Gen 1 dito hehehehe.. ang alam ko dati si Bubbles at afrasay.. meron pero na benta na nila.

i'll only answer q's na pamilyar ako :D

1) The constant velocity joint allows an axle to provide power to the front wheels. Meron lang nito ay 4WDs na IFS and Front drivers.

4) Meron Canvass tire cover sa Motorix in Banawe, but its rather expensive.....4000+!!!! Orig and brand new :D you could pick from several designs. Gusto ko yung "Hero of the Desert" :D

3. madaming stock mags 2nd hand sa blumentritt
i saw a banana type gen 2 pajero for 7,500
yung sa akin gen 2 strada series 2 8k
dami dun mag sawa ka!

1) Kung orig LHD yan, malamang yung power steering belt mo nahihirapan kasi nakahinto ka lang. ganito gawin mo, buksan mo hood, ask someone to turn the wheel left & right and pagmasdan mo yung power steering belt kung nag wa-waggle and look kor that ticking sound.

2) or you could try AUTOMOTO PARTS CENTER, 2710 Taft Ave, Pasay City, tel. no.8346928, 8345732, look for Robert Tan (owner)
Lapit lang ito sa EDSA MRT station.

3) saw a banana type OEM ng Gen2 sa Evangelista P15k with 2nd hand tires na yun. Tatlo yung malalaking tire center dun. Ikutin mo lang.

4.)yung lever is to lock the seats. para di sya mag-bounce.

5.) meron sa loob ng SM Bacoor, dun sa Trucks Parts Center level 1. P700 lang yata yung canvass. or gusto mo meron ako yung TWEETY bigay ko sa yo for P300. :nerd:

I went to Cavite, Molino I think boundary of Bacoor and Imus Molino 1 to be exact along Molino road. There was this big surplus shop, saw lots of parts Mitsubishis, Toyotas all japan surplus but no parts for Gen1 Pajero.
Managed to talk to the owner he said he can indent order parts I need. I just have to wait at least 20 - 30 days. But heres the catch: pag nagpa indent order ka technically import daw nya is a whole Pajero (Chop-Chop to evade taxes) ang mawawala lang dito ay ang Body itself but all stuffs inside it (from dashboard to carpets,seats etc.) ay kumpleto daw
all 5 doors w/ windshiled and windows are included however no guarantee if glass breaks due to shipment all parts are working nothing to fix. i assemble daw ulit lagyan mo ng ng Caja tatakbo na. its engine and chassis would come with papers
Asking price is 75,000 negotiable
Terms leave lang daw earnest money, sa tingin ko parang legit yung shop dahil 2 ang branch nila they also have 1 in Paranaque Baclaran area and malaki sya
for me sounds good but i dont need all those extras my Pajero is already running condition no prob w engine or whatever trouble ko ay puro interior aesthetics na lang minor suspension squeaks and door window leaks

Ok ang tip mo ah hanapin ko nga yan pag uwi ko.. As I said lagi talaga sa area na yan hindi ko na papansin.. siguro dahil hindi pa talaga ako mahilig sa surplus noon.. PM me yung contact number at person ng Shop.. Ako mostly interiors lang ang mga kailangan ko
