I drive a mitsubishi pajero 1996 model, and recently, I have it checked by a mechanic. The mechanic told me that my engine already needs an overhaul. The mechanic opened the oil cover and he said that white smoke is coming out.

Does my engine needs overhaul already? I have no problem with starting it. It drives smoothly... etc. It seems fine.

    Can you help me. tnx

Thanks for the replies mga sirs. I can't hardly see kung usok nga yun...

Kelan ka ba nag-change oil and filter? Gaano kadalas?

It depends upon the kind of maintenance done to the car. Yes generally kapag old na 4D56 at binigla mo birit, uusok talaga yan.
