HELP!! Spark Plugs always busted!

Good day Guys

have you encountered same problem? We have a Mitsubishi Lancer 93 modelnewly overhauled lang

pero just after 1 week laging pundido ang sparkplugshindi makita ng suking mechanic namin ang cause ng trouble already

tried to change the servo and the distibutor. Do you guys have any idea on what are the possible causes?
