Help in buying 2nd hand adventure

Good day mga Sir, hingi lang po ako ng mga important tips on buying a 2nd mitsubishi adventure, sa nakita ko pong mga price ng adventure is mag fa-fall po yung budget ko sa 2005-2009 model (380k), ano po kaya yung mga importanteng kong dapat i-check once I meet with the seller. pra makagawa po ako ng checklist. Marami pong salamat in advance.

Signs of flooding damage like warped interiors. Make sure all electricals are working. Test drive the unit and observe any unsual sounds. Tire wear is also to look out for. Check all tools and spare tire. Look for signs of repair on the body like uneven surfaces or discolorations on panels. Ask if the whole unit is already repainted or not. Odometer readings. Average of 10 to 12k per year normal use. Engine should not make lots and unusual noise. Open oil cap. It should not emit smoke when engine is running nor spit small amounts of oil. Likewise open the radiator cap. Water should not be spitting out of it. Best to bring a mechanic along or a friend who can help you and give you his opinion

Welcome sir! There are a lot of things to consider when buying 2nd hand cars. A well taken cared car po will not have unusual noises. You can see that the body is straight and clean better if it is still in the original paint. Why not also look for innovas sir. Madalas po kasi flag down sa smoke belching mga advie at crosswind e

^ Go for innova pero medyo maarte sa krudo and maintenance niya ay may kamahalan din pag high mileage.

Mga ASBU sir ? mali ginagawa ng mga yun nirerev nila hanggang 4k rpm eh baka sumabog makina dapat di nga sila pumapasok ng kotse mo ivasion of privacy mo yun mga pulis nga sa checkpoint bawal pumasok sila sa kotse unless may warrant kaya dapat 2.5k-3k rpm saka ikaw mismo gagawa.

medyo mataas pa kasi presyo ng innova sir at fuel efficiency and lower maintenance din po talaga yung habol ko kaya sa adventure po nag swak yung needs ko, tama po kayo sir ung unusual noises po talaga dapat yung matutukan ko pati ng mekaniko na dadalin ko po. salamat ulit sir.

I understand sir. There are a lot of offerings sa market sa budget nyo po. If you are gonna use the auv with around 8k kms in a year better buy the gas innova po. Medyo malakas lang sa gas pero matipid sa maintenance. Mga 6 to 7.5 kms per liter sa city. Sa hiway mga 10 to 12 po yun. Pag puno bawas pa 1km per liter.
