4d56 mausok b talaga?for strada pickup 2002?

4d56 masyado daw mausok, luma na raw since 1980 s pa. totoo b ito? pero nag tanong ako sa union motor ang sabi ng nakausap ko yung 2003 strada 4d56 ay equip ng euro 1 w/c means compliant sya sa smoke emission di na raw mausok . what can u say about this?

depends on how well the vehicle was kept. we have an L300 4D56, 200k km and not a trace of black smoke from the exhaust. the 4D56T pajero is also spotless.

pero may nakikita din akong mga L300 at L200 na sobrang mausok talaga... if you're getting used, be sure to do an exhaust test. its a good indicator of how well the vehicle was taken care of.

True, the 4D56 is an 80's engine. But depende na po sa alaga iyan. Mine just went through an overhaul, no more smoke! :D But if you think of it, lahat naman ng diesel mausok if not properly used or maintained. I see troopers and patrols with a lot of black smoke, but its a fact that the 4D56 is a bit on the notorious side when it comes to black smoke. :P

Tama sila! Di naman mausok ang 4D56 basta bibigyan mo ng TLC. Yung L300 VV ko dati wala din trace ng usok. Alaga lang sa change oil at regular cleaning ng air filter. Yung sakin dati twice or thrice a week ako mag linis, may air compressor kasi kami sa bahay.

Tsaka wag mo lang tatapakan ng madiin agad yung accelerator para di mag usok plus proper gearing. :D

What's the best interval sa change oil if not often used ung vehicle. usually sa weekends lang. pasyal sa mall and sometimes rizal to laguna na byahe.

Naku pajerokid! Nagkalat! Pangkaraniwan sa kanila yung LC na bago. Minsan yung kaibigan naming arabo sinama kami sa disyerto, langya sarap! Kaya pala talagang umangat ng LC basta may bwelo. Sayang pasahero lang ako.

Gustong gusto ko yung silver/gray color nun! Ang ganda!

Is it true that they have like super gianormous humps there that only SUVs can cross? I saw this in "Top Gear" before, di nga ako makapaniwala!

:shock: P4.6M :shock: Napakamahal pala nun! Totoo yun! pati nga kotse dinadala nila sa disyerto para mag off roading, mahilig sila sa ganun pati sa burnout.
800 HP! malamang di dito sa Saudi yung tweaked LC100 na yan. Bawal daw kasi mag karga ng makina dito (bawal pero nagkalat din naman ang mga V8 at V10 engines :lol: )
Isa lang ang di ko makakalimutan na na drive ko dito... yung GMC Sierra na dually!!! Syet! ang sarap manehuhin, ang laki pa, di ko yun pagpapalit sa HUMMER. V10 engine na A/T pero lakas humatak. Haayyyy!!! Sana magka ganun ako sa pinas! :D

try nyo po magpakalibreyt ng sasakyan kasi lahat basta diesel kailangan ikalibreyt kapg mausok na itim ibig sabihin sa injenction pump un..kapag puti makina na po un...

kahit anong makina diesel or gas basta balasubas ang driver at walang TLC sa makina uusok.

depende po sa sira namn yan ehh..at sa mga papalitang piyesa..dpende namn po kasi sa sira kung lahat po palit pati plunger,nozzle,overhauling kit at mga iba pa mga 9 to 10 pero dpende po sa papalitang pyesa

4D56 is a very dependable and durable engine, even till now, the 2007 Strada is still equipped with one (common rail version). Just make sure the unit's in good condition, change the air filter, hose out the muffler, change the engine oil and take her out for a spin on the North Expressway. Once all the carbon's been removed, you'll find that there's less smoke. Good luck!
