Your replies have been very enlightening and helpful. Not to mention it's a lively discussion.

First time ko pa kasi bibili ng sasakyan.

Anyway, thanks talaga for your responses! You've been very helpful.

wondersuman - thanks for giving me an idea about the price!

By the way, the unit I'm talking about looks exactly like the one in the link below. It's not the Advie that's being offered to me, but it's the exact look-alike:

yeaps. also don't forget to check the suspension system sir.. dahil nga yung mileage mataas na. check also the cv boot baka may punit na, or yung shocks may leak.. (di ko sure prices ng shocks for advie pero sa sedan kasi na altima asa 800 replacement.. tpos kyb around 2.5k - 3k++ per shock po..) para may idea lang kayo if ever. ^^,m

advie lang ba talaga gusto ng TS? At that price, dagdag lang ng mga 100-200k, may brand new na na mabibili. Mas marami pang options (or pagpipilian)...

At that age, malamang tapos na warranty at maglalabasan na mga sakit especially at that kind of mileage..Has the TS asked the buyer why he/she is selling it (i.e. hindi ba ito nabaha?) ? 500k is not a small amount.. I hope the TS gets to know the seller and the history of the vehicle further..

Would this be a good buy?

Any reviews on this Advie model?

Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated as it would help me decide.

    TIA!
    at 104,000 kms for 4 years = 26,000 kms/year
    at 26,000 kms year = 2,166 kms/month
at 2,166 kms month assuming car is driven 6 times a week = 90.25 kms/day
it means 45 kms one way. its the same distance as if the owner was driving from sta rosa laguna to libis everyday.

if i may say so, its not that at all bad, except that the price is still too high.
try haggling at around 425-450k range and it would be reasonable.

I understand you, but like what others try to implement, not because na lady-driven eh mas good buy ito.
