ARB makes only rear air lockers for the Pajero. It costs around Php 50K total.

Some Aussie folks at www.4x4wire.com have put in mechanical lockers (Detroit locker) in the front and rear with some fabrication work. Armark sells mechanical lockers locally. But I don't think they will fit straight into the Pajero.

2H and 4H can be used on-road irregardless of road conditions. If you simultaneously lose traction on one wheel at each axle (e.g. diagonally opossed ones) even with the C/D locked, you will still get stuck.

Some manufacturers, like Suzuki, tout that their systems can be shifted on the fly even at high speeds. However, they have no center differentials and are not designed for use on asphalt or any high traction surfaces. They will still bind when you turn.

    frt,

Yes. Even in a straight line, there will be some driveline stress. Not enough to be felt by the driver, but the vehicle will still feel it.
