Ang mga big trucks umaabot naman talaga sa 1million kms with out overhaul basta properly maintained ang change oil. Lalo na pag kilalang name gaya ng isuzu, hino, cummins and man engines. Yung ten wheeler tanker ko na 10pc surplus engine after 16 yrs of service sya na overhaul. Thats more than 1million kms. nasira lang ang odo meter nya nun 700k kms 6 yrs ago. Yung bagong man tractor head ngayon 1.5million kms daw life ng engine nila. Surplus japan pa pala yung isuzu truck ko nun nakuha ko. Petron oil lang ginamit yung pinakamura. Yun kasi benta ko.

Okey guys after completing my 1000 PMS sa Mitsubishi Car World,Urdaneta Pangasinan using FS Oil Genuine Mitsubishi oil .I pay only 5,375pesos.
And my Friendly advisor Sayong told to me after 5000PMS we will tap up only a FS oil and change oil filter.So before I go back to work abroad we reach
The 5000Km PMS i pay only P2,131 how cheap diba?

Hindi sila pumapayag? Usually may additional na 30% kung magdadala k sariling langis.

For delo 400 users..mga sir hindi ba meron dpf(diesel particulate filter) ang strada/montero? Meron kasi ako nabasa sa caltex...Service considerations..for vehicles fitted with dpf. Delo 400 LE or delo 400 xle should be selected...ang probs wala LE/XLE dito sa pinas...paki search nyo nalang mga sir, para maliwanagan tayo...tnx.

The dpf is a device, along with the EGR & catalytic converter, used to control emissions of engines. DPF burns soot of diesel emissions through regeneration cycles. You can learn more about it in Wikipedia. They can explain it better than I ever can. As I understand lang, the high sulfur content in our fuel can clog the dpf & it is an expensive replacement

Mga sir, I used mineral oil for the 1000 km pms. Malapit na mag 5000 km. Pwede na po ba ako mag palit to FS or top up nalang muna? If pwede na, ano recommended oil at mga ilang litters po. Nung last time, pinayagan ako mag dala ng oil and filter.

Yes sir owede na, ok naman yung shell or caltex, or you can try Royal purple sythetic oil, just use the recommended rating of oil for our monty, for oil filter, baldwin or wix.

San ka sir nagpapa service? Yung casa na dinadalhan ko e mag charge pa ng extra if i will bring mu oil and filter.

If you used mineral oil during 1K PMS, you need to change it before 6K since mineral oils are only good for 5k kms. I'm using Mobil Delvac 1 5w40, it's a bit pricey at 800++/liter but I think it is worth the price.
