How much po ba yung pinaka murang fully synthetic oil per liter na available?
May specific brand or oil ka na bang gamitin? Pinakamura atang fully syn 450/L ata yung mobil tdt na nakita ko ah.

This is not fully-syn. Semi-syn lang yan despite their claim. Group III oil lang kasi. But it's good that the viscosity is now 5w40. Dati kasi 5w30 yan. Hindi ideal sa weather natin esp for a diesel.

Rt, fully synthetic is a marketing term for semi syn hehe 100% synthetic yung true synthetic oil

Sirs up ko lang po yung tanong ko. Anyone used semi-synthetic lang on their monty's? Degraded ba ang performance if semi-syn lang? Does it really require 100% synthetic oil?

Guys i'm nearing my 5k check up. Torn between caltex delo 400, mobil delvac MX, and petron trekker. All i believe are mineral oils. Not interested using fully synthstic since i'm into 5000 kms change oil intervals.

    Anu pinaka OK? Thanks!

Has anyone tried using the baldwin oil filter with just semi-synthetic or mineral oil on their monty engines and changing it every 10k?

I think this is mineral sir. My understanding is that mineral and semi-synthetic oils are the same. Tsikoteers do correct me if I'm wrong.

basically sir ganito ang alam ko na set up kasi medyo confusing na ngayon ang classifications ng oil, para mas ok i-base natin by group and refining and viscosity

    group II ( viscosity 80-120) Hydro-processed:
    group II + Hydrocracking involed:
    group III ( viscosity 120> ) Severely hydro-processed:
group III+ Very high viscosity index oils/highly refined:
    group IV ( ) Oligomerization:

if im not mistaken DELO are under group II +, same with mobil delvac MX...

sir miko, thanks sa reply. although mechanic ang name ko, hindi ako experts pagdating sa mga oil. given the group, ano po yun pinaka best group sa monty natin? as of now, im using the mobil delvac MX and planning to use the Delo 400 sa 5000 PMS ko. Im planning not to use FS since every 5000km e gusto ko lagi na mag change oil para lagi malinis yun langis ko. Kindly enlighten naman po ako if im doing the right thing. TIA

and isa pa po, diba pagtaas ng viscosity the better, correct me if Im wrong na lang po. Thanks.
