Saan makakabili ng good conversion Right to Left? any comments on this Van
delica (hindi ung spacegear)user for almost 5 years...maintenance is easy...post ko pag ayus na looks ng van ko..
for your query sir, converion is compatible with either local L300 or Hyundai Grace/H100..boxy pajero under chassis and engine parts...dami parin sa chop2 parts sa banawe/sa malapit na surplusan sa inyo..(as per sample din like any imported cars..kahit nga pag local,e,as per sample din)
so far hapi ako sa van ko..bad conversion at subic but i rehabilitated it here...rear tires and a few lagitngitz nalang,ok na ulit makipagsabayan sa mga pajeros natin dito...good kung manual kuha mo...masmadali kaysa sa auto..pero auto means convinience,e...mas mahal maintenance pag automatic..
4wd,well,parang naka L200/strada ka...good sa offroad and waist deep water crossing(mine kasi has big tires,+2 inch lift and shorthened air intake.)
if you want a SUV in a van eto solusyon..lalo pag ung spacegear...
kaya dumami etong van na ito kaysa sa iba is because of parts and easily converted..good pa ang driving and ride height..
diesel consumption is from 5-10km/l(heavy body on a 2.5turbodiesel)but still i consider economical kasi madalas idel ako kasi palaging may hinihintay(30mins-2hrs straight,di ako overheating and consumes less (parang 1.3L gasoline engine) when idling..
bilis...siyempre di ganun...lower than usual ang 1st gear but can reah up to 130-140 on a nlex..
expect mo lang mahal ang part..kasi MALALAKI at heavy duty yan..best kung used with gas-filled shocks...
hope that does it all...kung sana makaatend ako EB,madadala ko na ung van ko,e...
contradicting ang sinabi sakin ng mga mechanics dito, mahirap daw parts esp. sa steering and brake system. not compatible with local L300 and pajero. better get an old pajero nalang daw.
steering hyundai grace lang yan, pero may konting modification sa rack bars-->a bit long, cut ang rethreaded a bit.. and brakes, front caliper is a mix of L300 caliper kit and Pajero kit..kasi wala kang mabibili ng kit na,or as they say AS PER SAMPLE..
well, kahit naman local cars natin, pag bibili ka ng parts,AS PER SAMPLE..
delicas are fast in automatics..much more pa kung manual yan...4wd system is all-rounder..a bit lighter and shorter than the local pajero..
hi guys,
what's the best way of making the ride of the delica softer? the one i got is a bit stiff. ganito ba lahat ng delica? tnx in advance!![]()
a bit stiff talaga...gawa ko,wag ka fluid shocks kasi madali pang-breakdown kasi mabigat ang delica...gas shocks talga best for it..Originally Posted by amboy
just inflate your tires to 25-30psi..medyo bagsak gulong mo,pero a bit softer,e...pero pag may load ka na ..go 30-40psi..
delica user for almost 5 years...hope this helps..
Wouldn't the gas shocks produce more ride stiffness since it is harder than fluid type shocks?Originally Posted by alwayz_yummy
And running on 25psi onroad isn't safe, you can risk sidewall cuts with sudden hit on potholes.
tnx for the response guys. has anyone tried those adjustable shocks? its kinda expensive (6k each here in baguio) but is is worht it? tnx again!Originally Posted by alwayz_yummy

thats the draw..kasi been to fluid type...soft but di kaya suport ung van itself..sayang sa pera..mas maganda ang feeling ng gas shocks sa delica over fluid ones..(my experience says)
i recomend 25-30psi kasi depends on your tires(hard,soft,medium)..pero siyempre kung bagsak talaga,30psi...
parang sobrang bigat naman at sa 30psi bagsak na. hmmm....question: what brand of shox did you use? different shocks have different settings.

I just bought a delica at an auction. It is really nice. kaya lang on the third day of driving it, sumabit sa parking ang bubong at nadamage ang pinto sa likod. Suggestion for a body repair shop would be very much welcome and appreciated.

true..kaya ko stuck to 2 inches lift..my ride height is from 1.9mtrs to 2.05 mtrs..ang high roof 2mtrs ang stock hieght nyan..so ingtz talaga...
hope this helps..
Crystalite nga yoong bubong. lucky for me, hindi naman nadamage. yoong paint lang ng bubong at may konting dent. yoong pinto lang sa likod ang nedeform. thanks for d suggestions and reminder. Any other tips for a new delica user would be appreciated. Do you know what the redish fluid leaking from the engine is. Pag-umaatras ang van, duon tumutulo. Ano kaya yoon?
red fluid?eiter auto tranny fluid/powersteering...based sa sinabi mo...auto fluid yan malamang..me kasi buy new tires.....last alternative ang slightly used, but not half used..dami sa n.domingo/banawe/laonlaan/dapitan nagtitinda ng gulong...inspect mo lang
ung tinutukoy mong dent siguro di na mapupukpok yan, mostlikely body-filler na yan...
it really depends if you like going down the car to adjust the stiffness/softness of the shocks... :D
oo nga medyo hassle... but ok lang if it will solve the problem. pero the i find the 6k price medyo mahal lang. have you tried it na? tnx!Originally Posted by notEworthy27
