    You mean you put three washers pero bolt on the actuator can? Did you need a longer bolt because of this? Looks like I'm dropping by the hardware store kapag maaga kami pinalabas today. hehehe.

    Pwede ata yung original na bolt pero naniguro ako, kasi 3 washer makapal na para lang sigurado na solid ang pag kakabit ng actuator can.

    Yup he texted me also, you can feel agad ang mod you dont need to step on the accelerator to hard, it helps in the low end power of the engine.

    BUWAHAHAHAH!!!! OK to mga chong!!! Noticeable power increase virtually free!!! :twisted:

    Gagawin ko sana to before kaya lang nawala sa isip ko kasi bagong overhaul yung aking engine..... now im just waiting for my engine to cool down to install my 3rd and possibly 4th set of washers!!! :twisted:

    Effect? I had a 10kph increase in 5th gear * 3000rpm (my personal redline) DAti 80+lang takbo, ngayon 90+ na!!! (Bagal No? Remember merong discrepancy yung speedo ko coz i upsized ,my tires)

    Also, power delivery is noticeably smoother...... galing talaga nito!!!

    Yellow:: ano kaya effect kung 4washers per hole??? Tinatamad akong gumala ng malayo para bumili ng boost gauge e :D Besides, wala akong makitang space para lagyan.

    Siguro 4 washer would give you around 2.5-3 psi, di ko na ginawa kasi 2 psi for me is enough baka pag sumobra di kayanin ng engine, I have a boost gauge installed to monitor the boost. overall may improvement talaga sa powerband above 2000rpm :D

    Yellow:: I just installed washer pair No. 3. Im really tempted to install set 4. hmmmmm. Pare, do you have a clue kung anong RPM bumubuka yung wastegate kapag stock?

    STEP 1) Secure Materials

    Vanilla Coke (can) was used as a repository of excess P.S. fluid and not required :lol: The short bolt by its lonesome is the OEM Grade 7 bolt. The longer (but weaker) Grade 5s on the right.



    Step 2) Locate Target

    One bolt already removed...


    STEP 3) Remove Bolts


    Step 4) Pull the can a little in the direction of the fender to locate the holes in the intake manifold


    Step 5)
    Remove the small pressure hose to make washer installation easier



    Place the washers on top of the holes. in the pic are a stack of 3.



    REassembly is the tricky part coz the washers may fall off if not careful. To finish the process, do the reverse. The whole mod takes no more that 15 minutes.

    Sir woodfire it's the same except that yung actuator can ng 4M40 medyo mas mahirap kabitan ng washer kasi its horizontal to the ground. pero doeable :mrgreen:

    Mas madali ikabit ang washer pag naka super glue sila together, so hows the performance so far? Malaking improvement ba?

    d ko pa din makuha but titingnan ko bukas.

    baka pwede nyo gawin for me kahit puntahan ko pa kayo sa work.......or in oteps case sa skul.....
