June 10th, 2009 06:48 PM #1Guys,
I'm a newbie na gustong bumili ng car ang maximum budget ko is 250k, can you suggest what is the best car I could buy. Yung matipid sana sa gas.
Anong Car Model ang maganda?
What Mileage should I choose?
Year model?
Fuel consumption sana matipid.
Any input is a big help for me.

Is the P250K your final price or is that just for downpayment and kaya mo mag monthly? Kung final price na yan no choice but to go 2nd hand. I would probably get a Toyota Corolla 1997-2001 model yung lovelife tawag nila duon... Kung brand new I would check out the new Suzuki Celerio, or the Yaris with its hefty P70K discount.

Honda City Type Z 2001 model
Toyota Corolla AE111
Honda Civic 1999 model?
Mileage: Siguro lower than 100k+ siguro. Just make sure that it wasn't resetted.

Allot 30K for repairs. If you're not brand conscious, go for Corolla. Lovelife variants ranges from 200-230, depending on the condition and additional aesthetics of the unit.

Yeah either Corolla lovelife (1997-2001) or the Honda Civic EK (1996-2000). Mas gwapo nga lang EK.

1999-2000 Civic 1.6 VTi (not LXi - price is close to VTi ; not SIR - too expensive).
Corolla AE-111 (8th gen). If you can get a full spec 1.8 SEG for that price then this is a good buy.
