now its the LTO computer glitch or data encoding something and contractors not delivering plates

We have a neighbor who bought a brandnew Fortuner at Toyota Makati Kamagong, until now wala padin ang plate niya and it's almost 3 months na hehehe.

hello sir Kosmik, talaga palang misery loves company. di pala ako nag-iisa. got my MS from CITIMotors Alabang Westgate last Sept 30, and yes wala parin akong OR/CR and plate until now, 65 days past. last reason given was there is a computer glitch between custom and LTO system. it seems hindi raw pareho ang system na ginamit due to upgrading, blah, blah, etc..
my worry is i can not travel very far from my homebase fearing na masita ako ng autoridad at di tangapin yung certification na issue ng casa. they have already given me certification to last till january 2010. aabutin pa ata ng election. hassle talaga sir

Eto nga yata ang gustong mangyari ng LTO, I don't agree on this pero kung 1,2,3,4 months na walang OR/CR? no choice.

Is the service in Mitsubishi Q. AVE good, what I mean is the monthly maintenance of your car. Are they professional in fixing cars.

nagpareplace ako ng bulb ng fog lamps ko dati sa Mitsu Quezon Ave and naputol nila yung lock at maluwag, sabi nila ganun daw talaga pero when I checked it putol nga. at isa pa yung nagparepaint ako ng fender dahil nasayad ako ng taxi dati, after a few days nagblat blat na yung paint.

i've had 3 cars bought from Diamond Motors (Greenhills).. always been a pleasure dealing with them.. after sales is very good.. 5stars for Ms. Mirma Cruz.. she supports you even after the sale is done especually insurance claims..

^^ I agree to that. Diamond Greenhills has some of the best SAs of Diamond Motor Group. Doon namin binili MS namin. Our SA is very accomodating and knows every detail of the MS.

Last Oct. 27 dineliver MS namin, still no plate until now pero may OR/CR na. Last Nov. 27 din binigay OR/CR, and finax sa amin ng SA namin yung letter ng LTO San Juan telling us that no MV plate available yet. 5 stars also for Ms. Leah Young. Very maasikaso.

Sir mikmik, kilala ko si JB. Hindi siya advisor namin sa Diamond Fairview. Si RC at yung service manager advisor namin, hindi kami binigyan ng problema since 2006. Noong nabangga Strada namin when it was 2 weeks old, sa Fairview namin pinasok. Pag labas, ok na ok yung workmanship. And every PMS, they clean the engine bay and the interior and put tire black on the tires. Pag walang maghahatid ng sasakyan, they assign someone to pick up our vehicle. If no one is available to get the vehicle from them, kung sino yung nagpipick up, siya din nagdedeliver ng sasakyan namin.

We made the reservation Feb 1, the unit was ready after 9 days but i decided to get it on the 14th. after 10 days meron na plate.

Here is my email to the Worst of any car brand dealership Ive ever encountered...

I would like complain about your staff who took my Noynoy Baller ID which I used as a keychain, it was replaced by an old and dirty Villar Baller ID.

What the hell? I know its no big deal but the point is they should not take or replace anything no matter how small the item is... it is not your GOD DAMN property.

You can ask your security guard and the car jockey who brought out my car. I told them about my keychain. I didnt bother to complain to any officer anymore because i was running a bit late going back to the office.

I heard so many bad, worse and worst things about your company but I tried to go there anyway because its near my place and I want my engine and chassis stencilled (which I thought will be better than the stencil boys which I had it worked last week).

Plus, I asked the SA if he can have my steering horn pad aligned as well, which he obliged and guess what? you got it right! NOTHING HAPPENED.

I have lots of other car brands and usually bring to the dealerships for PMS and for services and this is the WORST CASA i have encountered.

P.S. Put some lights on your service department. It looks like a cave!



For those who are just curious and would like to try this dealership, which I did. Dont bother even try to step inside. Mabubuwisit ka lang.

Mga sir update naman jan, papaservice kasi ako eh. Ayoko na mag citimotors ang dami negative feedback. Baka mag union paco or diamond valle verde ako. San po kaya? Yung sure tama parts na lalagay nila at magaling na tech.

Carworld Tarlac, wake up call. Yang Assistant Manager for sales ninyo walang kasales talk sales talk. Di marunong mag entertain ng clients. Siguro dahil mukhang wala kaming pera kaya wala siyang kagana ganang makipag usap sa amin.

I bought all my old vehicles from this dealer but I will never buy any future car here anymore.

So stay away dapat from Fairview and Marikina... Pati Carworld Tarlac...

San kaya ok bumili na Dealer? Or should I just go for Toyota, hehehe...

two thumbs up for carworld pampanga. ok service nila pwede mo tingnan habang gawa auto tsaka honest sila sa repairs kung di dapat palitan di talaga nila recommend na palitan. ganda din ng customer lounge, with 100" projection tv ata yun parang theater. may service din sila papunta sm or robinsons. dami ko kasabay nagpaservice na taga-manila dun talaga palang dinadayo sila.

from what i know, car world pampanga and tarlac is owned by Laus Group which the former is the main branch...

i came from the other town of tarlac and contemplating of getting a unit there,

*granturismo, aside from bad sales behaviour is there anything else that you could share w/ regards to how they treat their prospective client/s, you've been a frequent buyer before how come they treat you that way sir? what about after-sales service? or yours maybe an isolated case, imo..

Union Motors Paco is a big joke! Sa MSCP forums grabe ang tira sa kanila. One of the worse, if not the worst Mitsu dealer in Metro Manila. Diamond Marcos Highway and Diamond Valle Verde are known in the MSCP forums as having good service.
