    The A/T warning sign started flashing when i changed the car stereo of my mitsubishi pajero A/T (Subic) model 1997.
    During the process, there was a short circuit happened.


    One of the recommendation is to change the ATF and the filter cleaned but the A/T warning sign still lits.

    When i went for a long distance trip, i noticed that the transmission is not shifting to 4th and 5th gear. Shifting from 1st to 3rd gear seems to be normal.

    Anyone suggest to possibly resolve the problem.
