regarding TACP and GT. we can never be sure of what really happened but since ngayon hiwalay na sila sana they just let bygones be bygones... para both can move on and get back to the cars...

imho, clubmitsu just pressed the reset button para fresh start...

kindly inform the clubmitsu bosses to please prepare and submit the annual reports dito sa SEC, may penalty na po.

1. General Info. Sheet - 2002 & 2003, 6 copies per year (download the form at www.sec.gov.ph)
2. Financial Statements - 2002 (in case na walang operation/dormant ang club nuong 2002, affidavit of non-operation will do)
3. Membership Book (available at SEC, its a red book where you record the official members of the club).
