And since matunog ang Pajero sa masa, people will rush into it. It will prove to be more upscsle than the New Fortuner, coz of the name association

The current Montero Sport will continue to sell and will serve as a lower end Diesel Suv just how Mitsubisihi iis well-known for prolonging car models for 20 years or more, and selling more in the process. just look at adventure, l300.

A 1.1M non-VGT Montero Sport will appear as the bang for the buck no-nonsense diesel Suv once the new Everests and Forts become mainstream. Tested na nga ang market, even with the release of the Mux, trailblazer, the Montero sport continues to dominate in sales.

We have emerging provinces na nagkakaron ng purchasing power, a bang for the buck Montero is very ideal to them

Picture the Lada Niva, it has been a great selll since the cold war. Montero can fill that up here in Asia.

IIsa lng factory ng montero. They cannot afford making the old one. They streamlined the models ie not offering the mt so they can mass produce this new gen model.

Wow that specs comparo really points out ang mga strengths and weaknesses against each other. So far in terms og gadgets and powertrain sa 4x2. Lamang ang Monty. But if am the CEO ng Mitsubishi Philippines, I'll make a atd features for all variant yung front collision mitigation system. Para mapatay na yung issue ng sudden acceleration😀

imho. the new 4N15 looks promising. it has the smallest displacement among all * 2.4 cc yet churns 181HP. now thats impressive considering its higher than toyota new engine at 178hp on a 2.8 displacement. That torque output of 430nm can be easily improve by Mitsu if they want to. also it might be the most economical engine than the rest. reliability is another topic. cant wait to find out

Hayzz, when the pajero bk was released here, the fieldmaster sold concurrently for 2 years. That is what Mitsubishi is.

And do you remember the SAF44 arrival vs. Pnoy's attending a plant in Laguna, it was Mitsubishi's

Now, the L300 has been reviived with that big coaster looking bigger than grandia van.

Mitsu's pie share are the adventure, the l300FB, and the non-VGT Montero. Take a look at 2015 sales report, adventure sold around 3k units from Jan to May while the innova sold 5k

In sales pont of view, mas ok ang sales ng adventure coz it has been here since 1997 while the Innova is 3rd iteration of toyota's auv lineup from fx.

And do observe the provinces, the adventures are hot sells there until now. Our provinces can be considered the emerging markets as malls are sprouting there. AN old Monteor Non-VGt Sport with a 1.1M will prove bang for the buck as compared to the new everests, fortuners, mux and trailblazers.

All mitsu has to do is to retain the name Pajero Sport here, and bam this new model is a Pajero

And bessides do you see any upcoming Pajero, i think this model will be shelved for now after the Bk

heres the size comparison of the new montero. It is still the smallest from others but the legroom I think has improved significantly from previous model.

Just curious if the battery conks out, will the brakes remain locked in position or disengage? Or if there is a electrical failure while on the road, how will you engage the handbrakes?
