Question.... kung Power to weight ratio ang pag uusapan sa brv, mobilio, ertiga, ecosport at rush hindi naman yata nasa last line si xpander?

Pero i think iba na rin usapan if long drive for 4at vs 6at...

    Any idea mga sir? Thanks!

    i drove a corolla 1.6 4at and nissan almera 1.5 4at and elantra 2.0 6at camry 2.5 6at.and the honda city 1.5 cvt

the 4ats are good naman even when paired with smaller engines(proper 1.5s)

So malamang, almost same power to weight ratio lang din sya since pareparehong naglalaro sa 1.4 to 1.6 ang engine.

just "slightly" more than my 6sp.

if you mash both then the rpm needle will fly...

yeah but beggars can't be choosers LOL

if i had a choice i would buy an electric car so i can finally say goodbye to all this transmission BS

remember it's a BUSINESS so it has to make a profit for the car maker. to do that it just needs to be competitive w/ rivals in terms of features and price

and our region doesn't have fuel economy standards that have to be met. so 4a/t is it. yeah it kinda sucks

Some buyers if not most eh di tumitingin sa specs.

yeah maybe the target market for Xpander/Avanza/Rush/Ertiga doesn't really care aabout 4a/t vs 5a/t. so if mitsu switches to 5a/t they might lose the price advantage. and yes this segment is very price sensitive too

What are you looking for your first brand new car po bah? [emoji16]

My suggestion is to wait for the feedbacks for the real owners once they received their expander...

oh, the first brand new car is really a difficult decision. for me, it took me 3 years to decide on which one to get. so far it did not fail me naman and that car stayed with me for 14 years. di na masyadong mahirap on the 2nd car, it took me 2 years nalang to decide. hahaha.

kung may magagamit kapa naman na tsikot, please wait for the feedbacks ng owners coming from the philippines, since dito mo din naman sa pinas gagamitin, like fuel consumption, maintenance, or any problem since it's going to be the 1st generation. usually yung maimprove are the 2nd gens, vios for example, or the montero, etc.

is it a good buy? cars in general is a dead investment, binili mo ng brand new today, you cannot sell it the next day with the same price you bought it. just think of it na gagamitin mo cya for the next 5 years or so giving you mobility, convenience and peace of mind bringing you and your family from point A to point B.

Just read from Indonesian reviews, AFAIK wala pa naman syang nega feed back from the owners. Ako din
conditioning my mind (and wife) in buying one, nakita ko na kase si Rush sa Surabaya trying hard SUV sya, cramped sya siguro kase dahil ladder frame, tsaka waiting din for the new ertiga, balita ko kase mas maganda
    sya ngayon.

Tried out the Xpander earlier today. Hindi siya maluwag at all sa 3rd row. Nowhere near the space of an Innova. Closer to an Avanza actually. So I kinda feel that its space was overhyped by the motoring media.

If you don’t mind sir, how tall are you? For my height, yang space sa picture mo ay miles better than Avanza’s 3rd row.

Probably mas maluwag yung sa xpander since it has more overall length than the avanza but given it is not wide as the innova, it's not the best overall. But maybe it is on par with other ppvs or better.
