Yung glx na xpander baka pwede pa nila gawing uv or taxi dito basta may kulay white siya since may 7 seats naman din pero di nga lang tulad ng adventure na may diesel at patagilid ang upuan sa 3rd row.

Pag mangyari yan, mas lalong may pag-asa yan maging best seller dito satin.

Uv's will most likely stick to vans rather than this 7 seater.

An idea of Fuel Consumption of Xpander in Indonesia.. Hypermiling i guess cause mid indicates 34.2 km/L on highway.

    https://youtu.be/EB-fCiju-_k

This for mixed driving with traffic..

if that is considered highway driving, "that's not so thrifty".
in our traffick-y roads, i would expect the km/li figures to take a nosedive, along with my desire to get one.
    heh heh.

Route has a big factor for FC so any vehicle loaded going uphill will sacrifice a bit of FC not even a diesel car are exemption to this. Here's the article for curios reader where Stock got the figures.

Menguji Mitsubishi Xpander di Trek Semarang-Solo, Ini Konsumsi Rata-rata BBM-nya

Oh well, better to wait for the local test figures from real owners in 3-4 months i guess.

Hard to imagine it's more efficient than a Mobilio. Bigger, heavier, less efficient transmission, on paper at least. Load this up to 7 passengers plus cargo, struggle is for real.

However you look at it, a 1.5L NA will really struggle to get good fuel economy. Mitsubishi has a 4N13 1.8L mivec diesel *116ps 300Nm, would be perfect [emoji108] if they can price it reasonably.

did you know toyotas current gen cvt fuel efficiency will be improved by another 6% with the new upcoming cvt.

by the way the mivec is way ahead against the 1.5 sohc honda engine.

mitsu.id has invited 90 media groups to showcase the fuel efficiency. we will see more results from their testing in the coming days.
