Just wanna ask you guys if you know that shop in las pinas... I think it was also named tsikot.com (don't know if it's related to this web site) It was across star mall and near the entrance gate of philam subdivision. My concern was that the mechanic, who just cleaned the motor for the power window (driver's side) of my lancer 2000 mx, charged me 800 pesos. Actually, his initial charge for the job was 1200pesos. I just asked him to lower his price, so he said 800 would be fine. No part replacement... That was just for cleaning the motor that got stuck up for some reason.

Anyways, I just wanna know if the charge for the labor was too much.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

Too much. Because if you will buy a second hand (suprplus) motor it would only cost you 500 plus labor of 300. e di mas maayos pa...

I had to get it fixed due to time constraints.

Well, this is a lesson for me. Akala ko kasi yung shop is affiliated with this web site kasi yung tshirt nila tsikot.com din, so I trusted those guys. Siguro, di muna ko papagawa dun or bili accessories. I have to think more than twice kung medyo sobra laki charge, at baka nga nanloloko. I hate to admit it, pero, naisahan ata ako dun ah.

Tip lang..basta pagpapagawa ka at walang papalitan na parts 300 minimum..minsan nga pag mabait bait yung mekaniko 300 is good for 2 doors. Basta wag kalimutan tumawad.

Pag more than 300 pesos normally yan yung mga maraming kinakalaga like water pump or timing belt.

The shop beside hapchan restaurant, ganun din...not reliable... Nagpapalit ako kasi funfare horns sa kanila. Nung tinanggal yung bumper, basta lang nilapag kahit mabuhangin yung flooring, ayun may scratches tuloy bumper ko.

Saan kaya shop sa las pinas may matino mekaniko (yung hindi naninira) for simple installations, modifications and repairs? I've noticed kasi most of the mechanics na nakita ko, kahit nga sa shell times, eh, wala ingat kahit mabangga at magasgas ng tools nila yung sasakyan.
