it's basically how high is the starter from the ground (yes, i've burned a couple during college thanks to Espana)

for cars with a lot of electronics. you can also start to panic when the engine fan starts hitting the water as it will start to spray water all over the engine bay.

switch off the AC. if you have to go swimming.

the only difference would be the small rotating clutch thing.

it also declutches when the water touches/cooling the radiator, this is to improve fc on the newer vehicles.

Hi mga Sir. 2023 Montero Sport GLS * 1.3k odo.

Ask ko lang kun meron naka experience nito. Meron sya hissing sound * 20-40 kph naririnig during accelerattion pro paglampas ng 40 nawawala na un sound. Ok nmn un power and acceleration at wala nmn akong nakikitang significant issue except nga sa hissing pag nag accelerate. Nag 1K pms ako sabi ni mechanic turbo daw un.. Totoo kaya un na turbo un naririnig ko sa loob ng cabin. TIA.

Mas makakuha ka ng faster response from FB car groups ng unit nyo po.
Disregard lang yung mga "pm po" at "gumagawa po tayo nyan" messages dun.
But if may video with clear sound po kayo na pwd ma post for us to check din, maybe we can conclude if its normal or not.

ipa-check mo at pahigpitan sa mekaniko yung mga hose clamps from turbo outlet > intercooler inlet/outlet > inlet manifold...baka may lumuwag lang at may singaw.

I inquired with a local dealer and they are giving more than 250K discount for the GLX MT model. Are they phasing out the manual transmission that's why they are selling it that low? is this a good buy? planning to replaced my old vehicle.

Alam ko dati na mababa selling price ng GLX MT base model, kaya madami sa daan. Sulit din naman.

Though kahit magaan ang clutch, isusumpa mo pa din sa crawling traffic. Plus bibigat din clutch habang naluluma.

Magkano ngayon discount or selling price ng Xpander Cross o GLS? Parang overpriced ang Cross model. Lamang Xpander sa Montero sa cabin space at seat comfort.

if you can tolerate m/t then go for it. pero limited ang use cases for 4x2 mid-suv coz you can't go offroading with it. pwede pang trailer towing. ladder frame so you can attach a moto carrier at the back.

pero higher center of gravity, more prone to rollover. tapos 2 airbags lang

Matagal na yang discount sa MT model.
I remembered when I tried to inquire for AT model sana, yung price ng MT model after the discount is around 1.3m nalang.
Unit is not in Manila so price for non-Manila units is around 1.6m+.

Hindi ko alam bakit ang laki ng price jump nito. Parang mags at foglight ang difference.
