Also, I always put it in 1st gear whenever I park the vehicle I don't use handbreak. I remember before that it is more advisable to put it in 1st gear.
if there is a part in the vehicle that is literally bulletproof or nearly so,
it'd be the engine block and the manual transmission.
when parked, i use both handbrake and 2nd gear.
i have personally experienced SUA via trans-in-gear-when-engine-is-started.
it's literally a wake-up call.
i believe that using both handbrake and MT gear, somehow help me remember.
heh heh.
i feel that i lose some amount of control over the vehicle, if it is moving on momentum alone, even if slowly.
That is dangerous. You only go neutral when stationary. When in motion, the gear must be engaged or semi-engaged for traction and control. Instead of neutral, why not depress the clutch, mas ok maging clutch driver than no control to vehicle. Or pwede mo naman timplahin ang "bite" ng clutch sa flywheel in reference to the engaged gear, its just a matter of mastery or more driving hours using a clutch.

Neutral coming near a stop is ok. For turning, it's not.

I will be having my 1st pms this weekend. My agent told me to wait for the call of the service advisor. So what is the procedure here the SA will quote me first and then after they do the routine pms?
Usually sa akin, alam na ng SA na I will be removing the non-essential part sa PMS.
Ang hindi ko lang ma remove talaga is yung carwash.
I know they included it already sa price but hindi nila ininclude sa quotation list dahil free daw.
600 sana mababawas dun eh.
Had my pms last weekend. Here are my observation..... the oil use im not sure if it is really fully synthetic because it just came from a container (probably from a drum) because it did not came from a bottle. They offered me free car wash and after 2hours pms was done. I didn't see them putting in the fuel treatment so im not sure if they really put it in but it is included in the costing. Overall, cost was around Php5,700 and they also check my car interior, lightings, battery, wheels, top-up the wiper washer. So it is not just change oil in Casa as they check everything.
personally,
i would have approved only for the oil and oil filter change.
in my opinion, everything else that has to be paid for, i.e., treatment, additive, or improver, are... not needed.
heh heh.
I check the billing statement and here is the breakdown:
