    guys,
will this tire size fit(saw it kce in my titos lc80) in the 2dr. paj?yun 2nd gen look?gusto ko kce medyo labas yun tires eh,my current tire size is just 235/70/16"s,medyo pasok tingnan sa front eh,medyo pangit, gusto ko labas konte yun tires.would this be possible kaya?hindi kaya sasayad sa turns?and the big tires will affect its speed right?stock hight lang yun,and street tires lang for highway used.

and what can you suggest to enhance its looks?external lang, naka mags na sha,nka bilsteins na shocks and new headlamps.ano pa kaya pwede gawin for it to be unique,hehe..meron bang roofrails ang 2dr?wala na kce akong maisip eh.how about skid plates?mga how much kaya to?

another option ko rin is to lift it,then swamper tires then snorkel,umm...kso lang mahal ng mga suspension components eh,plus mabagal sa highway.

Im using the exact tire size you mentioned. However, mine is a wide body. Anong model ng Pajero ba sayo Nikko? Jtop or Metal top? If you have fender flares, sakto yan no mods necessary. If you dont, your gonna have a mudbath every time you tread across a puddle (which may be good depending on your off road orientation.)

Iwasan mo na yung roofrails or roof basket unless gagamitin mo talaga. Skidplates? Better get serious ones since gagastos ka na din. Fabricate using steel 'diamond pattern' plates instead of the overpriced JAOS ones (na manghihinayang ka pang gamitin).

Btw, ano ba lumang headlamp niyan? Yung hindi flush mounted? Pwedeng akin na lang? Hehehe.

Nikko: I think 18"s with HTs are ok. Kaya lang, youll be restricted to roads only. i havent seen 18" ATs in local shops yet. I think 275/70-16s would be perfect for both your Pajes.

:D Believe me, ive tried. Pogi sana eh. The problem is, the metal (forgot the name) behind the headlight for the SWB, has a hole to accomodate the circular lamp. ours dont have the said hole.

    Nikko,

Lamp stays alone cost more around Php 15-20K and it does nothing much other than hold lamps. Yung skidplates nila mirror finish naman. How do you expect it to be used on obstacles (both on road and off) without getting marred and bent beyong recognition? At least the stock skidplate (front underguard and diff protector as well as the tranny and tank guard) can easily be banged back into shape and konting spray lng Pylox, good as new na.

If you want to have something fabricated, use 1/8" thick steel or 1/4" thick aluminum preferably yung diamond plate para hindi halata ang expected damages.

    Nightrock,

Sa Pajero may front underguard (sa ilalim ng front bumper yung naka-slant), front diff guard (after the front underguard), transmission guard (under the t-case) and fuel tank guard. hehehe. Astig noh, walang ganyan ang mga kotse.
