This is sounding more and more like advertising.

Sir as i have said, shineshare ko lang yung positive experience ko with HIDretrofit.net, that is their actual business name, hindi ko sila ina advertise.
Magkaiba ang advertising sa gustong makatulong sa kapwa na maimprove ang night driving.
Sir Projector type po ito. may cut off ang ilaw ng fog lamp mapa low beam or high beam.
1.) Ang cut off ng LOW beam ng fog light is lower than the low beam ng main headlamp.
2.) Ang cut off ng HIGH beam ng fog light is lower than the High beam ng main headlamp.
So how in the world na mas nakakasilaw pa siya sa HIGH beam ng main headlamp kung ang cutoff ng HIGH beam ng fog light is lower than the High beam ng main headlamp?
Yung ginagamit ng mga rallying cars e hindi projector type familiar po ako doon. i used to have one sa off road pickup ko, tayo po ay responsableng mamamayan ginagamit ko lang yan when night offroading.
When i avail the tints sa Mitsu Casa i always ask for the lightest tint, they always say walang 3M Magic tint na light. they always refer to it as 3m Magic tint medium and 3m magic tint dark na ang next. Casa installed ito so i know im not breaking any laws/warranty. medyo OC po ako pagdating sa dalawang bagay na yanAbout tint sa windshield, as already pointed out. Light tint or visor lang allowed by LTO.
By using medium tint sa windshield, you are in violation of this regulation.![]()
Na-surprise lang ako dahil this is the first time I heard of high beam and low beam fog lamps.
In this case, I will just assume that you are using your fog lamps as driving lamps a.k.a. auxilliary high beam lamps. Such as those used by rallying cars.
Kaya lang driving lamps are just on/off. No high beam and low beam.
About 5000K color temp, that is not good in the rain. 5000K is White Daylight. You should use 4300K HID instead.
Yellow light ang best sa ulan so if you notice fog lamps are 3200K and below.
Osram Fog Breaker* (For Off-Road Use only)
2600K (Yellow)
+200% more yellow
+60% more light on the road
Philips WeatherVision
2900K (Yellow)
+60% more light on the road
Bosch All Weather Plus
2900K (Yellow)
Osram All Season Super
3200K (Selective Yellow)
+30% more light on the road

Since you keep mentioning the installer name and his website, that sounds like advertising already. Once is enough. People can backread.

The casa and you are breaking the law. Hindi porke ininstall ng casa ay legal na.
Tints are available in various VLT levels. 3M magic light is BC35. Yan ang nasa windshield ko.
3M magic medium is BC20. 3M magic dark is BC10.

Just called my SA sa Peak MOtors if anong tint talaga nakalagay sa 2016 monty ko, They confirmed na 3M Magic Light Tint all around naka install. Misinformed lang yung nag install na walang Light variation. Ang alam niya sa light e medium na agad hehe.
Here kita naman na light tint lang naka install, kitang kita sa loob ni Monty hehe

Here's the output of my foglamp projectors coupled with 4,300k hid. No glare to oncoming vehicles.

Yup mahal ang retrofit. Gastos ka ng at least 40K para HL and Fog light combo. Pero satisfied ka naman kung car enthusiast ka.![]()
How much po ba the most expensive Gary retrofit will cost?
Kung 40k ️Ang low side.. ️️Ang mahal NGa.. Might as well buy good car stereo instead... Or para mas maliwanag.. Get a good pair of eye glasses.. He he
40k... Parang AYAW ko.. but maybe who knows... It might be worth my money to get one...
i had my jazz before retrofitted by Gary Q, the quality is superb, light output was outstanding, very clean and the cut off was very good, after sales service was good too. i previously had dark tints on the jazz that's why i had the retrofit done, but afterwards the improvement was significant but not to the point that i felt confident. so i stripped off the tint to clear and thats when i got the significant improvement in terms of visibility. if i had done that earlier on, (before the retrofit), i think i would have already been sufficient.
now with the monty, i went straight for the clear tints, visibility at night is superb and i feel very confident to drive at night. I guess upgrading to better bulbs (HB3, H11), will even improve my visibility at night, that would be more than enough lighting upgrade for my needs. this route will be less expensive than a retrofit.
Have you guys done something with the splash pad at the 2nd row door, dirt usually gets in to that part and it's quite hassle to clean?
