First of all, I am not related whatsoever with attorney but I am posting this because I can see the sense and point in the person's arguments and I feel for him because judging by the way he replies, wala naman akong makitaan na kabastusan. So why the hell was the dude banned? I don't seem to see any justified reason for the ban. It's a plain case of power tripping if you ask me. As forum moderator, it is your task to censure rude, uncontrollable people. That person was neither rude nor uncontrollable.

Sorry had to chime in too. My pov is also that attorney wasn't rude, flame baiting or broke any rules. Hope the tsikot admin can reverse the ban

Was there any violation of right that was violated in the first place that needs explaining? All I can see is that the dude's trying to justify his actions and I don't seem to find any hostility nor rudeness in his replies. I checked his account, it says member since 2003. Don't you think banning is a little bit too harsh?

Again, I am not related with the man nor do I know him. I just think that if banning him due to his replies alone amounts to an abuse of discretion..

Hindi nga e. Haha. Mag tagaytay sana kami e kaso after 1.5hrs nasa sm dasma palang so we just went to sm dasma then returned home. Ayun same traffic pabalik. :P

Pero nung inuwi ko sya from casa to house since walang traffic dun, nasa 11-12l/100km pag uwi. Will try edsa later. :D

Gray or silver ba yan sir? :D haba daw talaga ng pila sa 2 kulay na yan. Kaya nag red nalang ako. Medyo unique pa din ng konti. Though nung nakita ko yung blue sa olx parang ang ganda din, di ko lang sure if bagay yung tail lights. Kaya medyo safe din yung red. Pinaka na turn off ako sa white + tail lights.
